Lemon, orange, clementine, fig, olive and loquat trees grow on the property—perfect for children to play or for relaxing in the shade.



Parking is available in several spots on the property and in two shared garages. Pets and smoking indoors are not allowed. Please note: there is an outdoor CCTV camera recording the entrance.
