Family vacation

House was very clean and comfortable. We decided to stay one more night and Tom was very helpful with getting that situated for us. Great location and nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!

Cape cod vacation

Great spot close to Nauset, stores, bike path, etc. the house was exactly as described. We got a walk thru video explaining how to find and use all appliances (great idea). We would definitely go back again.

Lovely home.

Tom's house is even better than advertised. So welcoming, neat, clean and just perfect. I'm sorry that I didn't book a little longer stay. The outside deck surrounded by blooming hydrangeas was beautiful for breakfast. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless. Outside shower was great for cleaning off sandy little kids. Tom was easily contacted for questions. We had a great family vacation. Thank you again, Tom.

Wonderful vacation home for a family on Cape Cod

We had a wonderful time in Tom's house! It is beautifully designed, everything necessary for a great holiday is available and is located in a very pleasant, well located environment. Tom is very attentive and communicative and has answered all our questions very quickly. The introduction and the takeover of the house was perfectly prepared and we found everything as described on the internet. All in all, we had a great time on Cape Cod and can only recommend Tom's house!

This is a beautiful home and a wonderful place to stay!

This house was perfect for our vacation for our family of 4! Tom is an incredibly gracious and communicative host and the house has absolutely everything we could possibly need. The home is so clean comfortable and everything in it feels fresh and new. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need for all our meals. The bedrooms were so comfortable and we all slept so well and the bathrooms were lovely with plenty of fresh clean towels. The location of this home is so convenient and the yard and is also beautiful. We highly recommend this home.

My name is Tom Cox and I have been living on Cape Cod for the last 35 years with my wife Sheryl. We have 3 grown children who just love the cape and it has been the best place to raise them.

Why they chose this property

We purchased the lot this house sits on because as a builder living and building mostly on the upper cape, I always enjoyed coming out with the family because we love Nauset Beach and the entire National Seashore area. It is a great place for visiting family to stay and I know that you're going to love staying here.

What makes this property unique

Besides the beaches there are many fine restaurants in the area along with biking and hiking trails.
