The Hayloft consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with a range oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, kettle and toaster, alongside a dining area and sitting area with TV. The bedrooms consist of one double with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, two further doubles, and a ground-floor double with en-suite shower room. There is also a family bathroom with bath, shower over, hand-held shower, basin and WC, and a cloakroom. The property benefits from air source heat pump heating, WiFi, a washing machine, and a hall area with dog shower, sink and storage space. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear lawn and patio with furniture and off-road parking for three cars. Sorry no smoking. One well behaved dog welcome. Shop 1.4 miles, pub 1.5 miles. The Hayloft is a wonderful Worcestershire retreat, ideal for families and friends looking to explore the countryside and nearby city attractions.
