The KUMATHA RESIDENCE is situated in a local residential area offering a truly local experience in the heart of Negombo’s beach area. 5 minutes’ walk to the beaches, cafes, restaurants and shops (about 300 metres) and tucked away from the busy hotel chain of Negombo, and a ten-minute Tuk-Tuk ride to Negombo city centre. Conveniently placed just 20 minutes from Colombo international airport.

The property offers a selection of self-catering accommodation, three pool view large studio apartments with balconies, and a detached colonial Bungalow with garden view.

The air-conditioned ensuite apartments offer a selection of bed options, and all offer a kitchenette with Fridge, Microwave, Air fryer, kettle and toaster, to enable guests to make some meals at home or enjoy the local exotic fruits whilst relaxing on your balcony close to the pool in the cooling Ocean breeze. Each apartment has Smart TV, safe box, and access to a separate washing machine.

The air-conditioned 2-bedroom Garden Bungalow offers ensuite accommodation, with an open plan Kitchen area equipped with Fridge, Cooking Hob, Microwave, Air fryer, kettle and toaster, providing increased at home catering options. A Washing machine is included and available for use.

All accommodation is suitable for those travellers wishing longer term holiday escapes in a warmer climate and working remotely as well as those wishing a short independent break away.
