Charming flat for 4 people with views over the vineyards and rooftops of the magnificent village of Ribeauvillé, on the 3rd and top floor of a half-timbered house.

You will arrive in a large living room, with
a lounge/dining room (with views over the vineyards) a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, electric coffee machine and Tassimo coffee maker).

- two bedrooms opposite each other (one with a 160x200 bed and the other with a 140x190 bed): a real 4-person bed (no sofa bed).

- a bathroom with bath, washbasin, hairdryer and washing machine.

- a separate toilet with washbasin

For everyone's comfort, the accommodation is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

Exquisite apartment in historic town

This immaculate apartment is located on the edge of the historic part of the town, but the centre is only 100m away. It has a large central living area and two separate generously sized bedrooms. Being in the loft, the apartment has high ceilings which gives it an airy feel. A Carrefour mini-supermarket, chemist, restaurants and places to taste wine are 5 mins walk into the town. A wonderful location.

Direkt im historischen Dorfkern

Für einen Besuch im Elsass ist die Wohnung perfekt platziert im Dorfkern von Ribeauvillé und nah an vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man für den Urlaub braucht und die Betreuung war auch sehr gut! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank

Wunderschöne Wohnung in bester Lage

Wohnung geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Zentral im Ort gelegen und dennoch sehr ruhig. Mit Blick über die Dächer von Ribeauvillé und die Weinberge in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Met 3 personen hebben we 7 dagen naar volle tevredenheid in het appartement vertoeft. Het was schoon , compleet ingericht [ wel ontbrak een broodsnijmes en was de koekenpan van matige kwaliteit']. Gezellige en complete inrichting met goede verlichting. Gunstig gelegen in het centrum waar het s'nachts rustig was. Prettig en compleet meubilair. Gratis wifi beschikbaar was ook prettig. De beschrijving was helaas alleen in het Frans. Het zou goed zijn om ook een vertaling in het Engels en/of Duits toe te voegen.

Très bel appartement idéalement situé

Très bon accueil à notre arrivée. L'appartement est idéalement situé sur la route des vins, à 2 pas de la rue piétonne et sans les désagréments du bruit. La location est très propre, bonne literie et avec tout le confort, rien ne manque : lave vaisselle, lave linge, télévision, fer et table à repasser, sèche cheveux, lits fait à votre arrivée. A proximité de Strasbourg et Colmar. Je recommande vivement cette location à tout ceux qui souhaitent visiter cette très belle région.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé dans un appartement propre et très calme. Excellent accueil par les propriétaires. L'appartement est au coeur du village. Dans les environs nous recommandons la visite du Haut-Koenigsburg.

Wir möchten uns für den schönen und gemütlichen Urlaub bedanken. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Unterkunft war prima. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen. Ruhig gelegen und doch mitten in Ribeauville. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Danke! Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!!!

Ohne jegliche Einschränkung zu empfehlen!

Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt in diesem Kleinod in Ribeauville´. Die zentrale und trotzdem absolut ruhige Lage sind Garant für einen erholsamen Urlaub. In dieser Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und die Sauberkeit ist beispielhaft. Zudem sind die jungen Vermieter sehr freundlich und ehrlich. Wir hatten bei der Ankunft irrtümlicherweise 150,00 € zu viel gezahlt. Bei der Abreise hat man uns dann den Betrag erstattet. Dafür nochmals vielen Dank!

Un très joli appartement dans une superbe région!

Nous sommes une famille de 4, deux adultes, un bébé de 9 mois et un grand de 11 ans et nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cet appartement. Le contact Premier bon point! Propriétaires disponibles cordiaux et très arrangeants. L'arrivée Les propriétaires aussi sympathiques en vrai que par mail et l'appartement en tous points conforme aux photos du site, propre et très bien entretenu Le séjour L'appartement est magnifique, douillet, zen et très calme.Mon grand fils a pu avoir son intimité, ma fille a pu faire ses siestes en toute tranquillité et les parents ont pu se reposer dans la pièce à vivre :-) Mais la région est aussi superbe, ribeauvillé est une ville charmante et il y a plein plein d'activités à faire autour, on ne peut pas s'ennuyer et on y mange très bien ce qui ne gâche rien. Je recommanderai cet appartement à mes amis et collegues avec enfants, mais je comprends que l'on puisse l'envisager pour deux couples, c'est jouable car les chambres sont vraiment très éloignées l'une de l'autre. J'espère que nous pourrons nous aussi retourner dans cet appartement. Allez-y vous ne serez pas déçus!

Superbe appartement refait à neuf, très bien ?quip?, décor? avec beaucoup de goût. De plus il est situ? au cœur de ribeauvill?, avec au pied de l appartement un parking. Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux de la part des propriétaires. Nous le recommandons !!!
