Carillon beach gulf front house with private walkover -- 2 miles to Rosemary beach and close to Alys & Seaside. Home interior 90% new in 2016! Completely new relocated kitchen with white quartz countertops, new cabinets and Kitchenaid appliances. Completely new pots pans plates glasses etc and we left the old as well for plenty of extras! All new 8" french oak wirebrushed floors on main level and upper level. Complete new paint on interior and 90% new furnishings. Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn etc. Finished like we wanted our own home to be! ***2 miles to Pier Park -- Coconut Telegraph provides the perfect setting in Carillon with nearly a mile of sugar white uncrowded beach and your own private beach lounges and umbrellas included for in season rentals. Forget the crowds but still be close to everything.

Perfect location for family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was great for our three generation family vacation! The views from the house were beautiful! There was plenty of room for everyone to have space to spread out. We used the front balcony as a virtual classroom!
