Beautiful luxury townhouse on the beach. Stay beachfront and never deal with the crowded elevators, beaches and distant parking lots. This luxury townhouse is located in the highly sought-after and tranquil West End of Panama City Beach. The home offers direct access to the most beautiful beaches in the world! With spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico from both inside and out. This professionally decorated three-story, 4 bedroom, 4. 5 bathroom has all the room you will need for your entire family. All 4 bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. The first floor has a great room with the living room, dining area, fully stocked kitchen and amazing views of the beach. Laundry room with extra large Samsung washer and dryer set and half-bath.

The second floor has two bedrooms with a beach front master bedroom that has a king bed, private balcony and master bathroom with Jacuzzi tub overlooking the beach. The second bedroom on the 2nd floor has a queen bed, separate trundle bed and private bathroom. The 3rd floor is set up the same with two bedrooms. The 3rd floor beach front bedroom has a king bed, private balcony and Jacuzzi tub overlooking the beach. The 2nd bedroom on the 3rd floor has a queen bed, twin over full bunk bed with separate trundle bed and private bathroom. The open floor plan adds to the beauty and space of this property, this allows families to interact while being in either the kitchen, dining, living room or out on the deck. Each floor has its own water heater to help ensure no cold showers.

There are 2 designated parking spots for this townhome and 3 first-come first-serve spaces. If needed, additional parking is available in the immediate area.

Our building complex is made up of 5 individually townhomes. We have a private community pool with direct views to the beach and lounging area. Our townhome is located adjacent to the pool with views of the pool from all 3 decks from our property. We also have a shared grilling area that is available to our guests.

Our decks are comprised of composite cool-deck boards and aluminum railing. Each primary deck area offers a combination of privacy while providing completely open views to the beautiful gulf-coast beaches.

Splash resorts, located nearby, offers Jet ski rentals, Parasailing and Banana Boat rides. These attractions are available during prime seasons throughout the year.

The house was located right on the beach and was absolutely perfect. The host was super attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Everything in the house was updated and in great condition. We will be back.

This was perfect for two families. Access to beach, shops, and local food can't be beat. Views and access couldn't be beat. Family obsessed over the Galaga game. Thanks for the memories

The Perfect Beach House!!

This place is AMAZING!!! We loved the layout of the house and the separate bathrooms and multiple balconies. It’s so great to just walk out the back door and be on the beautiful white sand beach. This is out of the way of the busier part of Panama City so it was peaceful. We will definitely be back!

Awesome Vacation

This townhouse is great for a group of people. We had 12 people and the accommodations were perfect. Just a few steps to the ocean. Plenty of space. Plenty of bathrooms. The owner had contact with me days before arriving. Gave suggestions of places to visit and eat Great suggestions! Super nice owner. We had a wonderful week.

Awesome location. Great for families

This place is right on the beach. It's clean and well laid out for families. The host was great and very accommodating. The home is three stories and each room has a bathroom. The location is in a very quiet part of Panama City Beach which is good if you like quiet. You do have to drive 15 minutes to get to the main attractions which can be a bummer but my children loved the place. There is a mikes restaurant we went to half a mile away and the food was okay.

Fantastic stay

Great place, all we needed was our toothbrush. High end furnishings and very comfortable. It was relaxing just being able to step out of the deck into the fine sand. The water was a bit cool but so calm, and the sunsets were incredible. We had never been to Panama City Beach and definitely would recommend it to anyone. Everything was close by, supermarkets, stores, as well as a nice pier if you wished do try your skills in fishing. Pier Park is a wonderful place to shop and they also have entertainment and music. Thank you for the amazing vacation, and we look forward to being able to return in the near future.

Birthday Celebration

My 60th birthday celebration was awesome with my family and friends! Several things made it so enjoyable, one of those things being the vacation home we occupied. The host Stephen was exceptional! His communication was so great! Also, the amenities in the 4 bedroom house made our stay very comfortable. The location was great, but l do advise you to have a mode of transportation. But there is a grocery store near by that you can walk to and the beach was awesome. All guest were very happy with their stay! I would not hesitate staying there again!

Beautiful beach home for family fall break vacation

First, the pictures do not do this home justice for how beautiful this home is it is beautifully decorated and the layout of the home is big and open in the kitchen and living room areas , the views of the beach, the gulf are stunning . All the bedrooms were big and had their own bathrooms and very comfortable beds . My family loved this home on the beach so much!!! We prepared meals in the kitchen and only went out to eat a few times , everything needed was supplied to prepare and serve meals for our family and friends that came to visit also . The children loved the beach but one day the gulf had too many jellyfish for our comfort so we enjoyed playing at the pool . I loved having my cup of coffee each morning on the deck and saw dolphins playing in the water many times . Communicating with my host was welcoming and they were available anytime I messaged them for anything . I had no issues at all with the home , everything mentioned is accurate but the pictures of the home do not do it justice showing how beautiful it is or your views of the beach and its just steps to the water . I hope to make this our annual place to stay n visit every year in for family vacations . We loved it .

Great multi family beach house

This home was great for our extended family stay. We had 4 families so it was nice to have 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths for everyone to have their own space and bathroom. The back deck facing the gulf was beautiful and convenient for beach days. It was well furnished and nicely decorated. The 3rd floor bedrooms were a bit more than expected but it was better than dealing with a multi level condo and waiting for elevators at other stays we have had at other locations. The parking was enough for our group. The construction across the road was loud and unexpected because we thought there would be parking there. Luckily, we did not need extra parking during our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. We could not find remotes for the TVs but we were able to download apps on phones to use for the TV. The door handle to the sliding door to the back deck was loose and came off while we were there. We were able to reattach it so it was useable. The view from the master bedrooms and master bathrooms were very nice. We enjoyed our stay and if we travel with this many people again we will look into booking this location again.

Simply Awsome!!!

We came back with such serene memories of our wonderful stay at this vacation house which instantly felt like home !!! This property is right on one of the most spectacular beach and the location of this property is super accessible to everything worthy of your time and need . This house is equipped with everything one would need and more . Our host was very welcoming! Throughout our stay he maintained a very consistent , timely and responsive communication with us and he made sure that we felt happy with our stay. We want our commendation to sound heartfelt and we really want to resist from any formulaic phrasing . We also want our appreciation for the host to act as a source to allay any anxiety that is caused in the process of committing to such rental properties … All in all a very promising , beautiful and reasonable rental stay!!
