(across the street). Brand-new queen-size bed and one sofa bed. It should be good for 2-3 people.
I’ll get you a parking exemption for you to park your car on the curb.
No smokers. You can smoke outside the house.
No pets.
We don’t have kids living upstairs to make noise.
