Quaint, Country Style townhome unit :)...
Our spotless reverse floor plan, end unit condo has the northern cottage feel as soon as you walk in the door.
Upon arrival you will be surrounded by many full sized cedar trees both front and back for your privacy and relaxation.
There is a beautiful furnished upper deck with bbq to enjoy as well as a lower patio area off the master bedroom with patio table & seating for 4. Gas fireplace, all kitchen items with keureg machine, electric grill, toaster oven, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer combo. 50" tv with cable and internet package. A real gem in Collingwood/Blue Mountain. Sorry but there is NO SMOKING or vaping of anything whatsoever on property indoors or out. No pets. **Looking for quiet and respectful mature renters only, as management is within view of this unit and noisy tenants will not be tolerated. You have 1 private parking spot in front of the unit only. (If you have 2 vehicles coming up continuously, complex will not allow full time parking for second vehicle and you may be towed). Visitors parking available for guests but not on a full time bases. Within easy quick walking distance to 3 plazas.
In 5-10 minutes drive, you will have many choices of ski hills, skating rinks at top & bottom of the Mountain, snowshoeing, the fun ridge runner, the caves, bike trails, golf courses and mini putt. Blue Mountain pond with paddle boat rentals, canoes and rental nets for frog catching/releasing. Hiking trails, sandy beaches as well as pebble stone and slate beaches (Georgian Bay 5 min walk from condo with boat launching and docking), famous and amazing Scandinave Spa, Wasaga beach is 20 min. away. So many quaint shops and restaurants to enjoy which are in walking distance. For those rainy days try the local bowling, movie theatre, the amazing Plunge pool for indoor/outdoor use. Do google " The Village at Blue" as there is usually something taking place daily. Also downtown Collingwood as well as Blue Mountain hosts evening concerts and outdoor movie nights all year long. There is also a lovely live theatre.

Great location, cozy place

My family rented this place for 3 months over the winter. Collingwood has everything my family needed. many grocery shops, Canadian tire, Blue Mountain resort, restaurants, tracking trails and many more. I see many potential in the summer as well. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Winter in Collingwood

I usually spend my winters in the south but was forced to find accommodation in Ontario this year due to Covid. The unit I rented was clean, well-appointed and comfortable and in a great location, five minutes to downtown. The owner was cooperative, pleasant and accommodating and I was very comfortable over the winter.

Wonderful unit and a terrific owner

We just had the pleasure of renting this quaint unit for three months. The unit exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and well appointed. It had everything that we needed and more! The owner was incredibly thoughtful with her prompt replies, detailed answers to my numerous questions and even placed thoughtful instruction notes in the unit so I could easily find things and knew how to safely and effectively operate items such as heaters. If you are looking for a well located, quiet and comfortable location in Collingwood, I would highly recommend this unit!

An Enjoyable Stay

My husband and I booked this condo for a month and it was exactly like you see in the pictures. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We were welcomed with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and some treats which was a nice surprise and a great way to start our vacation. The lower level bedrooms were cooler than the upstairs which made it ideal for sleeping in the hot summer nights. I really enjoyed the outdoor deck - the furniture is very comfortable and there is plenty of sun if that's what you enjoy. In addition to the reserved parking spot there were also two visitors spots which were readily available. The condo is a short walk to the Georgian Trail and the Cranberry golf course. We rarely used our car and were able to walk to the grocery store, shops and restaurants. We would definitely book this condo again!

Cozy and clean and centrally located

We stayed at this condo for 4 nights and loved our stay. The decor was cozy, the kitchen was fully equipped and it was centrally located. It was 10 min to the spa, shopping, skiing and snowshoe trails yet it felt we were secluded as we were surrounded by trees and it was quiet. The owner was friendly and helpful and available for any questions we had. We would definitely try to book this again on our next visit to the area.

Thanks for checking into our site. This is our investment property as well as our vacation spot for family and friends. We are from Burlington Ontario, and love all of what Collingwood has to offer. We do care and want your experience to be a pleasant and a memorable one. Our interests include antiquing, interior decorating, cooking but most of all, having R and R time relaxing in front of our fireplace or enjoying the patio which is well treed and relaxing in Collingwood. :)

Why they chose this property

We have always have wanted a quaint country cottage without all the property maintenance. This is definitely the best of both worlds. 5 min to the Georgian Bay waters edge.

What makes this property unique

When we entered the condo we immediately fell in love with the custom pine kitchen, cathedral ceilings and patio in the wooded area. Also the reverse floor plan to capture a chalet feel. Also a quiet small complex was of importance as well.
