This loft is after a complete renovation and it has been reconstructed with a considerable attention. All the floors are made of wood. The windows could be opened with a remote control. There is air conditioning in the whole apartment. Also, there are two bathrooms, the living room has 65sqm and the bedroom has 32 sqm. The view is amazing overlooking the Dome of the National Museum.

The very modern and spacious apartment is awesome and the location is perfect. They busy renovating the building but this is really no problem at all. Basically on the square and metro and walking distance from the train station. We will go back and use this apartment when we returning to Prague.
We had an incredible weekend getaway in this apartment!
The communication with Sarah was impeccable, making our experience even more enjoyable. The apartment was clean, stylish, and provided all the comforts we needed.
Its convenient location allowed us to easily explore the area and enjoy local attractions. We were truly impressed by the attention to detail and thoughtful amenities provided.
Our stay here exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind. We highly recommend this apartment and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Apartment in prague
The place was even better than I imagined! They even arranged for car service to and from the airport! The apartment was conveniently located and even had a convenient store across the street. It was within walking distance to square and old town, with many restaurants and shops near by. The apartment was equipped with all the necessities. Air conditioners were very good. Had a small elevator, if u perfered to ride instead of walk. Washer and dryer was an added plus! The owners even took the time to make a book of all the must sees as well as great restaurants . They included where to exchange money for the best deal. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back!

Thank you for your kind review, David. I am happy to hear you enjoyed your staying in Prague and will be happy to host you next time you come. Ahoj ) Sarah
We stayed in this loft for 5 nights. Location was good, just off Wenceslas Square in New Town. Laundry facilities were excellent! The outside of the building is undergoing extensive renovations so it looks a little sketchy at first, but the inside is just as it looks in the website pictures. More room than 2 people could possibly need. Scary little one person elevator, but as long as I kept my eyes closed (I’m claustrophobic) it was manageable. Better than walking up the 5 flights of stairs at the end of a long day of touring around. The elevator did appear to be in excellent condition and functioned very well. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Could use a couple more towels 🙂 as I like a separate one for my hair. Overall this is an excellent place to stay while visiting Prague

Plenty of Room
This is a novel place to stay. The apartment is perfectly located and huge. It is well appointed and a good value. As mentioned before the entry way is a bit sketchy, and the elevator is pretty funny as it is exactly 2’X2’, but it works well. The hosts were attentive and thoughtful. A well kept secrete of this place is the pizza place next to the front door. We were compelled to eat there by rain, but ended up eating there 3 more times during our stay. Try the gnocchi. About the best I ever had.

Exceptional flat and service
The pictures and description don't do the view justice. There are striking views of the patina, gilded dome of the museum from the main room and the bedroom. The flat is very large and open, recently renovated. Excellent location. The one issue we experienced was handled immediately and beyond what we could have asked. 100% highly recommend.

Look no further. This is the one for your stay in Prague
Huge 1 bedroom penthouse apartment, located on a quieter street, very close to famous Wenceslas Square in New Town (1 of the 2 famous squares in Prague). Walking distance to everything. The apartment felt like a small house in the sky. Romantic VERY small newer elevator will take you to this top floor residence on the 5th floor. There was JUST enough room for 2 standard size persons or 1 person with luggage. Ignore the ground floor courtyard and lobby which look a bit shabby, since you only pass through these on the way to this very modern apartment. It is VERY quiet for sleeping. From the kitchen windows, it feels as if you could almost reach out and touch the dome of the Prague National Museum. All manner of restaurants within a 5 minute walk. 2 small supermarkets located about 1 block away (1 of them down in the Subway (or Metro) beneath MacDonalds Restaurant). Very safe area later at night as there is always lots of persons strolling along the very wide Vaclavski Boulevard which is only 1/2 block from the apartment.
Very clean upon arrival, but the apartment could use some minor maintenance such as adjusting doors to both the laundry room and refrigerator so that it is easier to open and close both without having to lift them up. As well, one of the electrically controlled windows had a broken mechanism. We could not turn on the 4 wall sconces in the living room and dining areas, because there seemed to be something wrong with the dimmer which controlled these. There were also a couple of burned-out light bulbs which needed replacing. Even so, we would still highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Prague. Terry and John.

Dear Christina, thank you for your review. There are blinds on every window as one can see in the pictures. Also, during your friend's stay, one AC unit was not working on 100% but the thermostat indicated there was 23 degrees of C in the apartment, which given to the extreme heat outside (close to 40 degrees of C) I think was totally fine. I hope you friends enjoyed your stay despite the problems you mentioned. Kind regards. Sarah

Great Place to stay!
I do not repeat what others already wrote. Just to say again: it's a great place. Sarah and Frank are great hosts. Everything well prepared. Transportation from the Airport at reasonable Prices, own Travel guide for Prague, made by Sarah and Frank is in the room! Some coffee capsules are already there, as well as all other necessary Household Things. There is also an Elevator, air conditioning, a washing machine and a dryer.
For further information please read all other 5-star ratings. They are all wright. To get into the center of the old town it's about 1 km to walk. There is no useful public transportation for this way. So Walking is the no. 1 transportation system in Prague anyhow :-). Should I come back to Prague I would consider this place as no. 1 choice.

A loft decorated with an exquisite taste
The loft was nicely decorated and have everything you need for your stay. Fully equipped. The kitchen, the barhroom the living room, everything was brand new. We didn’t really cook or do anything in the loft because we were out most of the day. But it has a washing machine as well as a drier do the washing, therefore, it is a plus because you CAn wash, dry and even iron your clothes.
The owners as well as Mathew were really very kind, helpful and attentive to every detail. We had a personal problem related to receiving something and they were of much help to sort this problem out.
The loft is perfectly located in Wenceslao Square within walking distance to most of the more important attractions in the city.
We really loved Prague and we absolutely recommend this place to stay in.
Thank you Sara, Matthew and Franks.

About the host
Hosted by Sarah and Matthew
Hello, my name is Sarah.
Welcome to my beautiful apartment in Prague, but before I continue, a few lines about myself.
I am very passionate about Prague (in Czech we say Praha) and I love interior design. I could never be an architect, as my walls would never hold together, but once the dirty work is done, it is my turn to change the bare walls into an awe inspiring space. Being very creative, I still like to explore the four corners of the world to get a little bit inspired and then, with a head full of ideas, I return to Praha to materialize it.
Meanwhile, I enjoy meeting travelers all around the world and host them at my apt. which provides a perfect starting point to explore the city. My check-ins are very informative, sometimes so much that it made me write my own guide which you will find in the apartment.
