2BR/2BA Remodeled-All Rooms are Oceanfront! 12th Floor-2 Balconies-Beach Locker!

Welcome to F12 located on the 12th floor in the North Tower of Ocean Creek Resort. Ocean Creek is a beautiful 57 acre, oceanfront, gated resort with 24 hour security.

Our oceanfront condo definitely has a "2 Million Dollar View" from all rooms! Unit F12 is totally renovated and professionally decorated. Beautiful tile floors have been installed throughout the condo including the balcony. The bathrooms have new tile showers, new vanity cabinets, and new lighting and mirrors. The entire condo is freshly painted from top to bottom and all popcorn ceilings removed. We have replaced all the furniture in the living room, dining room, and both bedrooms including mattresses. The oceanfront living room has a 12 ft. sliding glass door to the balcony, 55" Smart HDTV, a DVD player, and a Bose Am/FM/CD stereo. The new queen size sofa bed has a premium mattress for greater comfort. The dining area seats four at the the new counter height table plus two additional seats at the bar. The kitchen has also been totally renovated with new cabinets, countertops, and new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked for the family chef (or wannabe chef) with nice dinnerware, cookware, flatware and a crockpot. Our oceanfront master bedroom has new carpet, 32" HDTV, DVD player, new king size bed and mattress, new furniture including an occasional chair & ottoman, and a computer table and office chair. The master bedroom sliding glass doors lead to a small private balcony with a table and two chairs. The adjoining master bath has a double vanity with a large walk-in closet. The oceanfront guest room has new carpet, new queen size bed & mattress, 2 nightstands, writing desk & chair, and a 28" Smart HDTV. The adjoining full bath has a new vanity and tiled shower. The six foot sliding glass door in the guest room also opens to the main balcony. The large oceanfront balcony has a table and 4 chairs for outside dining and a chaise lounge. A new HVAC has been installed. The view from our condo is simply incredible. We know you will enjoy spending many hours on our large balcony enjoying the view of the ocean. Washer/Dryer, free Wi-Fi and plenty of free parking! Please call or email for further information. Note- F12 has a very unique floor plan - both bedrooms are oceanfront and this condo has two balconies!

Please feel free to use our beach locker #163 located at the Beach Club. You are welcome to store your gear and share whatever else may be in the locker. We do not monitor the contents of the locker. Guests leave items and guests toss items due to rust and breakage.

~You will receive a check-in instruction packet via US MAIL 2-3 weeks prior to your date of arrival. The packet will include (2) cardboard parking passes and access code.

We just got back from a stay at this amazing beach condo, and it was wonderful as usual. The ocean views are breathtaking, and the natural light pouring in through the huge windows makes everything feel so calm and welcoming. The place is nicely furnished and comfy, especially the beds. I can't wait to go back!

This was the perfect condo for me and my husband’s trip to Myrtle Beach. It’s clean and well stocked with everything we need. The beds are also super comfortable and you can’t beat the view. We’ll be staying here again.

North Myrtle stay

This was a very nice location in the North Myrtle Beach area for a stay along the ocean. The unit was clean and easy to access. Plenty of easy parking and a very fast elevator ride up to the unit. The beach lockers made it easy to leave chairs and other items near the beach without having to carry them up to the unit. The view from the deck was beautiful. I would recommend to others looking to stay in this area.

Another awesome week at condo F12

This is our 3rd year staying at Ocean Creek Resort, in condo F12! This condo once again has everything you need. There actually was a kuerig added this year so they have both a coffee pot and the kuerig! We only had a couple minor issues which I let the owners know about and they have already taken care of them! This condo has the best views and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. Already have plans to come back next year!!

Another Wonderful Vacation at Ocean Creek

We enjoyed 8 days in a beautiful, comfortable North Tower condo. This was not our first, nor will it be the last trip to this lovely resort in North Myrtle Beach. This trip was once again ocean front and of course that is fabulous, but we've also stayed in the Lodges and that was fine too. Our particular unit on the 12th floor was tastefully decorated and nicely updated, with new bathrooms and kitchen decor. The furniture was extra nice and bedrooms had impressive comfortable beds. I always look for cleanliness regarding the fridge, floors, washing machine(for odor) and bathrooms and I couldn't find anything to complain about.. we were comfortable right away. Kitchen was adequately stocked with good utensils and cookware. In addition to comfort, convenient location and unique, expansive ocean access--other guests(vacationers) and owners were super friendly, everyone just seemed to happy to share this lovely space!

Why they chose this property

We love our time at Myrtle Beach so much that we decided to buy this unit in 2017. We hope to be able to reside at Ocean Creek more or less full-time in the near future, and F12 will be our home.
