Oceanfront Dream Vacation! 11th Floor-What a View!! + Beach Locker-Book Early!

Welcome to GG11 located in the South Tower on the 11th floor in Ocean Creek Resort. Ocean Creek Resort is a 57 acre oceanfront, gated resort with 24 hour security.

Our gorgeous 3BR/2BA direct oceanfront condo was extensively remodeled and professionally decorated several years ago. Our family loves this condo and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. We have continued remodeling by adding LVT plank flooring in all living areas and all bedrooms. We most recently remodeled both bathrooms with new tiled showers, new vanities, lighting and mirrors. A fresh coat of paint this winter (2024) and all popcorn ceilings removed.
With our fabulous panoramic view of the ocean and beach, we know you will spend countless hours on the balcony maybe enjoying a meal or a snack or just relaxing in the cool ocean breeze.

Our oceanfront living room has double sliding glass doors with custom drapes. We have ample seating including a pull out queen sofa for guests and a large 58" Smart TV with expanded cable package. The dining area will seat six with two additional stools at the bar. Our newly designed and enlarged kitchen features granite countertops, deep stainless steel sink, and stainless steel appliances. Maple cabinets are overstocked with cookware, dinnerware, flatware, bakeware and more.

The oceanfront master bedroom with king bed is elegantly decorated and has a 48" Smart TV and ceiling fan. Sliding glass doors with custom drapes provide direct access to the front balcony. Adjoining master bath has a tray ceiling, new tiled shower, double vanity with stone top and a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, and large Smart TV. The En Suite bath is very spacious and has a tiled, walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds, TV, and ceiling fan.

Our condo has a newer hot water tank and newer HVAC system. The owner has added many 'comfort' items to make your stay even more enjoyable....non-slip hangers, super soft blankets, lighted vanity mirror in master, and luggage racks just to name a few. Full size washer/dryer is in the hall closet. Free Wi-Fi and plenty of free parking.

*We are also including the use of our beach locker #113 with your rental located at the Beach Club. Please feel free to store your beach gear and share whatever is in the locker, if anything. We do not monitor the locker contents. Guests leave items and guests toss items due to rust and breakage.

~You will receive a check-in instruction packet via US MAIL 2-3 weeks prior to your date of arrival. The packet will include (2) cardboard parking passes and access code.

We have stayed in GG11 several times , and it never disappoints. Cheryl and Kelly are wonderful to work with and always responds to any questions. This is a beautifully kept condo. Everything from the flooring to decor...lovely. This is our second time staying in this exact one and it was just a nice as our first stay approximately 5 years ago. Very clean and everything in good condition. Beautiful view from balcony and we enjoyed many hours out there. The property manager is beyond wonderful. The whole process from booking (months ago) to check-in was seamless. Loved everything about this place!

This was our first time staying in the South Tower of Ocean Creek. We loved our breathtaking view from the 11th floor. The kitchen and bathrooms were very recently updated and the appliances were stainless steel with a water/ice maker in the door which was very convenient. The bedrooms were well done and beds comfortable. We had an outstanding week at the beach and the condo was very clean and inviting. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this condo to our friends.

Lovely Condo, awesome view

This was our first time in South Tower and we loved it. Had previously been in the North Tower. This condo has an updated kitchen that is well equipped for all cooking needs. The updated bathrooms are really well done, great showers. Views are lovely and sunrise view is particularly spectacular. We have rented from Cheryl for 4 years, she is makes booking, checking in and out so very easy. She is always available if you have problems or issues.

Fantastic condo!

Overall it was a very nice condo and great location. Everything we needed was available and easy to access. We had fantastic views and had a wonderful trip. The beach locker was a nice bonus too. We highly recommend. The only little snag we ran into was sand on the floors and the garbage disposal didn’t work. The condo was clean when we arrived, however, there was quite a bit of sand on the tile and wood floors when we arrived. It looked like cleaning of the floors was attempted, but the sand was hard to get up. We wore shoes all around the condo the first day until we found a broom in the hall closet. We then were able to sweep up most of the sand and continue to clean it up as I’m sure we brought up sand on us each time we returned from the beach. The food disposal was an easy fix and the owner of the condo was quick to get back with us when we reached out to her.

This condo is just as described! All of the other raving reviews are so accurate, this place is awesome! Kitchen and bathrooms are updated and very nice. Lots of pans for cooking! Only complaint is the dishes-only glass dishes are difficult with teenagers! Bought some paper plates, but getting some melamine dishes while be helpful! Other than that, no complaints! The view is spectacular and I enjoyed my coffee each morning on the patio!

Perfect location for a family

The whole process was so easy. The owner mailed us our parking passes and everything beforehand which was so convenient. The location was perfect, so close to so many stores and restaurants. The oceanfront view was beautiful. We loved the short walk to the beach. There was plenty of space in the condo for the kids to run around. We will definitely stay here again!
