Welcome to Ocean Creek Resort Tower South Unit NN 01– the very best vacation spot on the South Carolina coast. The sliding patio doors and the patio deck surface will be replaced in April 2022. In 2019, all three (3) baths are completely replaced, on the up-scale side. In 2018 the kitchen was completely remodeled: walls removed, new cabinets, new appliances, quartz countertops, and new floor tile in the foyer, hall, and kitchen. Most needed supplies for the kitchen, baths, and washer/dryer are furnished.
Bedroom arrangement:
Master - king with private bath; Queen with adjacent bath; Twin with two (2) queen sized beds and bath.

The Carroll's (Keith & Mary) invite you to spend your vacation in their luxurious, privately-owned beachfront condo located at Ocean Creek Plantation Resort. Unit NN 01 offers a spacious 3 bedroom/3 bath oceanfront (1400 sq. ft.) condo. Tower South is located on the oceanfront facing southward. It is on the elevated first floor so there is no hassle with the three elevators. The very large balcony is well suited for entertainment and has ample chairs and tables and lounges. The young and young at heart will enjoy frolicking in the Atlantic Ocean or the saltwater creek or simply relaxing on the beach. Both WIFI and LAN internet services are provided within Unit NN 01.

Ocean Creek Plantation Resort is located on the south end of the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach, across from Barefoot Landing on Highway 17. This 57-acre resort offers a relaxed secluded setting while being conveniently located to all of the dining, entertainment, and shopping attractions in the Myrtle Beach area.
Ocean Creek Plantation resort is a private resort with 24/7 security gate, where your safety and privacy are secured. As you meander through the beautifully landscaped wooden areas, past the tennis courts and the putting green, Tower South appears. From Unit NN 01’s extra large elevated first floor balcony, enjoy a full southern view of the ocean.
During peak season, children’s programs and a lifeguard are provided. The beach club is just across the salt water creek and includes a large pool, kiddie pool, snack bar and playground. Expansive decks are available for lounging or catching the rays at this ocean side pool. Beach beach and beach umbrella service is available through Lack's Beach Service https://lacksbeachservice.com/rentals/. Check In time is 3:00 PM; Check out is 10:00 AM on departure day.

The rooms were nice and the bathrooms were very nice. All of the extras were a big bonus. Once the construction is over with, this will be a A- property which is a GOOD thing. Don't hesitate to rent this one!!!! Great location for families. If you have kids STAY IN NORTH MYRTLE BEACH!!!

Very nice location. Owners went out of their way to make us comfortable and at home with nice hospitable touches. Kitchen was well stocked with daily amenities like paper products and cooking needs. Bathrooms need updates, especially bathroom ceilings above bath/shower. We would stay here again. Very clean.

The owners were so nice to work with and accessible. The condo suited our family nicely with 3 bedrooms each with a full bath. Kitchen is updated and well equipped. Patio with an excellent view of the ocean and marshes with a solid wall instead of wrought iron perfect to relax with a toddler! Close to restaurants, activities, golf! Amazed with the amenities! Hassle free parking and a close walk to pool and beach!

Awesome place to stay

The property was an awesome place for me and my family to spend vacation. It was clean and at a very convenient location. The owners were very nice to work with as well. The pictures of the property show outdated TVs but all of that has been upgraded. The bathrooms and kitchen are the best thing about the property. The only down side I would say about the property is the master bedroom has a really uncomfy bed. You could feel the springs in the mattress it’s so old. Other than that it was great. :)

Wonderful Family Experience

This condo was amazing. So perfect for our family. The view from our balcony was stunning and so very peaceful. Excellent communication with the owners. So easy to work with and so very thoughtful. They thought of everything you could ask for and much more. Cleanliness is key with me. I've stayed in several accomodations that I've literally had to purchase cleaning supplies and washed bedding before I could be comfortable. I didn't even have to give it a thought with this one. Bedding was clean, soft and comfy. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless. The condo was clean, neat, updated and decorated beautifully. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We chose this property for the walk-in shower that my wife needs, the fact there were three was very nice. All the units were very nice. The sliding door to the balcony was in poor shape and worked hard. The couch was not very comfortable, even with the board that was under the cushions. That aside the property was nice. The beach chairs were quite nice. All the supplies on hand was very nice.

Spring Break 2019

The condo was perfect for our family. We had a wonderful time. Unfortunately, the condo had an issue with a leaky roof and the condo flooded while we were there. Maintenance was in quickly to clean up the water and the owners offered to relocate us, but we did not think it was necessary. Overall, we had a great time. If you want consistently warmer temps though, I recommend waiting a little later in the year, the first week of April the highest temp we saw was 75. But again, the condo was perfect!

Why they chose this property

We looked at beach front property in 1991 from NC Outer Banks to Charleston SC. Must have looked at hundreds of places before deciding on Tower South at Ocean Creek in 1992. We chose NN01 because of the size, unobstructed south view of the ocean, and the large foot print of Ocean Creek's tree shaded grounds and tranquil grounds. We get the benefits of easy access to metropolitan activities but get seclusion in the surroundings of Ocean Creek.

What makes this property unique

Located on elevated first floor. Open view to ocean and landscape (no adjacent buildings). Large parking deck on same level, as well as a covered parking deck at ground level with access to elevators. Condo balcony is very large with solid walls for young child protection. Most supplies for the kitchen, baths, and washer/dryer are furnished. Ocean Creek is located adjacent to many dining and entertainment places. Barefoot Landing is directly across the highway from Ocean Creek. But the 57 acres of Ocean Creek isolate any surrounding "hub bub" of the highway and commercial businesses.
