Offered by Luxury Beach Rentals, this beautiful 5th-floor oceanfront condo features stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean from the master bedroom, living room, kitchen, and balcony. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, large flat-screen TV, DVD player, and direct access to the main balcony. The en-suite bathroom offers double granite vanities, a walk-in shower, and a large whirlpool soaking tub. The second bedroom features a king bed (which can be converted to two twins upon request) and private bathroom, while the third bedroom has two double beds. The living room has a new queen size sleeper sofa with a comfortable gel foam mattress. You will also enjoy large flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and 65 inch smart TV in the living room, high efficiency washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless appliances and granite counters. The living room has a Blu-Ray player with WIFI so you can stream your accounts with Amazon, Netflix, etc., or you can connect your own device to the TV with the extra pre-wired HDMI cable. Guests can also park on the 5th level and go straight to the condo without having to use the stairs or elevators!


The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. The Cypress Room is an award winning onsite restaurant which serves breakfast and dinner daily with lunch options available on the patio and at the pool bar during the summer months. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, three pools, spas, children’s splash pool, and waterfall / rock formations overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn. The condo is high enough up to avoid the pool noise in summer and enjoy total privacy. This condo is second to none in spacious accommodation, luxury appointments, attention to every detail and is in pristine condition.

Perfect Location

This property is a great location. The resort amenities were very nice Pools and hot tubs. Overall would rent this place again. Plenty of room and great view on the balcony of the beach. Even the couch bed was comfortable.

This unit is well maintained and the views of the ocean are fantastic! I don’t believe I have ever had to register a complaint about this unit. It’s clean, it’s up to date and it’s a welcome oasis for me and my family. See you next year !

Good Property

This property looks just like the pictures. We did have a problem with the remotes in two of the bedrooms. One didn't work at all even with new batteries and the other was held together with rubber bands and worked intermittently. The linens in the bedroom with the twin bed made into a king did not fit the bed properly and every night the bed had to be remade. Not what you would expect from a luxury property. Also, because we used an independent rental company and didn't rent through the complex, we were unable to get any pool towels, use the luggage carts, or charge food to the room. In addition, even though I paid a large cleaning fee, we were required to strip the beds and put linens and towels in front of the washer, start a load in the washer, take out all the trash and clean and put away all kitchen items.

The place was as advertised. The ocean view was excellent and being on the 5th floor was just high enough where you didn’t hear too much noise. We’ve stayed at this resort a few times over the years and it has also been a positive experience. This was the first time though not going through the resort and it was all pretty seamless. Communication was clear and check-in and check-out were very simple. We for sure would stay again. One more note, the water pressure in the shower was awesome.

Very nice place and I would go back. It is on fifth floor center of building overlooking the pool area. You can hear the outdoor bands from the patio but all noises ends by 10pm or so. The garage is very tight if you drive a pick up it will fit but may take som maneuvering. Good part is if you park in fifth level you are very close to the condo for loading.

A rainy but great week

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I took our 2 daughters, son in law, and 3 of our grandchildren for the week. This was their Christmas gift. We all had a great time! The communication before and during our stay with the management was great. They always answered our questions right away. Even though I feel there are some minor updates that could be done, the condo was clean, spacious, and very nice. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely stay

This is our 3rd time staying at this resort, but first time in this unit. We really liked how convenient the parking is. Nice to park right on the same floor and go right in to your unit. Everything was clean. Great view!

Good, but not great

We stayed on Island Vista 511 the week of New Year’s 2025. It was not crowded at all, and this was nice. The condo was as pictured online and very clean. The view from the balcony was amazing and we could watch sunrises each morning. The kitchen, living room, and master suite are as nice and spacious as any I’ve ever experienced in a condo. The resort is also very nice with indoor pools, lazy river, and hot tub as well as outdoor pools and hot tub. There are also many sitting areas outdoors and fire pits. These are all things we enjoyed during our trip.However, there were some things that were not good. The first thing you will experience is the drive into and up to the 5th floor of the parking garage. While this was a convenient place to park and unload considering its proximity to the condo entrance, the garage is very small with tight winding levels. On our first night going to dinner, I scraped the side of my vehicle against the wall of the garage going down the winding levels. So be careful! It is time consuming and nerve wracking driving up and down the garage to park on the 5th floor. And there are really no good alternative places to park during your stay. The next issue is the size of the extra bedrooms being very small. The other issue is a lack of activities for kids other than the beach/pools. There are no games (ping pong, pool tables, shuffleboard, etc.) at the resort.Although it was nice, we would not stay here again.

Family getaway

The condo was very comfortable and spacious. The kids loved the waves in the ocean and we were close to the shops and Ripley’s Aquarium and WonderWorks. Our only complaint was check-in. I wrote on my form that there was only one flight in, if we could check in early. There wasn’t a guest in there the day before. We got there and had drove around for a couple hours and no one was in the office on Sunday. We left a message on the emergency number as I had an horrible migraine and just wanted to lay down.. We ended up sleeping in our car for another hour or so waiting for a call back.
