Available by Luxury Beach Rentals, the resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quite family oriented section of the beach. This 4 bedroom suite on the 4th floor is oceanfront and offers spectacular views of the blue Atlantic. This condo offers an oceanfront master bedroom with king bed and access to the huge oceanfront wrap around balcony. The master bath offers granite counter tops, double vanities, a large walk-in shower and tile flooring. The second room offers one queen bed, the third room offers two twin beds, and fourth bedroom offers two queen beds. Other features include flat screen TVs, full sized washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, this condo creates a large and spacious stay for you and your guests. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, hot tubs and children’s splash pool all overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn.

Family Trip

The condo was in a great location; close to everything, yet far enough away from the "strip". Pools are not heated, but the temp inside the building allowed the kids to swim on the cooler days inside. Beach was just a short walk over the bridge and the condo had an amazing view of the ocean and the sunrise. The condo only supplies a small starter kit for the stay; so plan on purchasing toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, garbage bags, dishwasher and laundry soap. Broadway on the Beach was a blast, and we were lucky to see dolphins on our dolphin sightseeing excursion. The Pirate Dinner Show was a fun night for everyone in our group; and if you have young kids highly recommend the show. Myrtle Beach is a Fun place and we would consider staying in this unit again.

Great view quiet area

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Only complaint. Found clothing between wall and twin bed. Not ours. I left couch cushions up as lots of crumbs under them. Master bedroom sink needs liquid plumber. Wondering why the 1 foot pool for children was the coldest? Other than those small items. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful condo and location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is a perfect set up for two families which is what we had. We had a couple of issues come up but management was quick to respond. The only thing I would change or recommend is that you have a few extras on hand of certain items. For example, toilet paper, trash bag or two, extra blankets, some coffee. This was booked through a VRBO and we are used to having those :) the condo itself was very clean as well as the grounds. Parking and instructions were easy to understand and check in/out was a breeze
