Southern Grace (formerly the Richmond House) is located in the exclusive Golden Mile section of central Myrtle Beach. This 5 bedroom / 5 bathroom single family home offers beautiful views of the ocean from two of the bedrooms, screen porch, and patio areas. You will feel right at home in this fully furnished and well equipped beach house. This property recently finished being completely renovated by installing tile throughout the house, all new furniture, remodeled bathrooms, expanding the kitchen and much more. This home feels like you are walking through the pages of Southern Living, an absolutely beautiful home.

There are 4 bedrooms & bathrooms in the main part of the house and the 5th bedroom & bathroom is located in the guest house located just outside the front door in the courtyard area.


This property does not allow any pets, smoking indoors, motorcycles, student groups or ball teams, weddings, or rental to anyone other than family outings.

We loved our stay at this property so much. Close to everything we wanted to do, the view of the beach, the peaceful neighborhood. I planned this vacation with my mother and picked this particular house due to having no stairs and the beautiful porch with rocking chairs for her to enjoy. Unfortunately she passed away 6 weeks before this trip and our family chose to continue with our plans and celebrate Thanksgiving together in this place. It will always be special and it was perfect and I hope to return here in the future. So much space for large families and close to everything! I hope to return here in the future.

We booked this place specifically for its proximity to the beach, and it exceeded all expectations. The spacious layout—with ample seating in every room and five bedrooms each with their own bathroom—was perfect for our annual family reunion. Being just steps from the sand made it easy to enjoy the ocean throughout the day. It was truly one of the most comfortable and well-appointed homes we've ever stayed in.

The property was in a great location and for a family in town for a granddaughters wedding, it was perfect! Four grown children and their spouses and plenty of room for the local daughter and family to hang out.

What’s not to like!

If Myrtle Beach is your destination and you have a large group or family, this is your place. Perfect beach location, great yard backing up to beachwalk, large deck with ocean view, many bedrooms, bathrooms, living space. Property manager very attentive. This property was wonderful and came as advertised.
