Nice and spacious holiday home for up to 6 people. With an area of ​​115 m² on a fully fenced plot with swimming pool. It is located in the calm of a dead end. Outside, 2 terraces with pergola, garden furniture, solar shower, plancha, BBQ, covered parking (2 cars).
Interior equipment: air-conditioned, large living room (2 sofas) TV, Hi-fi - open kitchen with central island (dishwasher, oven, microwave, 2 refrigerators, freezer). 4 bedrooms (2 with bed 140, 2 with bed 160), 1 bathroom, 2 separate toilets. Pets are our friends and will be admitted under reservation to be announced upon reservation.
Many activities: family beach (10 minutes by bike) with free sports activities for adults and children (kayak on pond, maintenance gym, muscular awakening, stretching, beach volleyball), sailing school.
Canal du Midi, marked trails for biking and hiking in natural area of ​​ecological interest and fauna (herd, Gran Salan, pond Great Maïre). We provide holidaymakers with our 3 bicycles.

Des vacances très agréables!

Annie et Didier ont été des hôtes parfaits, ils sont gentils et très disponibles. La maison est très agréable, la cuisine très fonctionnelle, la climatisation et la piscine étaient précieuses durant la chaleur. Si nous revenons à Portiragnes nous retournerons ici :) !

Schöner Urlaub

Praktische Unterkunft, gemütlicher Pool. Hat alles , wasman braucht. Klimaanlage super. Grosse Küche. Nette Vermieter. Strand nur in 7 Minuten mit Auto erreichbar.

Une belle semaine dans cette maison !

Belle maison de vacances avec tout confort comme indiqué sur l'annonce. Nous avons aimé les vélos à disposition pour longer le canal du midi, nous avons bien profité de la piscine peu profonde avec nos enfants (1m20 environ). La cuisine est bien équipée et en très bon état. Les enfants ont bien apprécié la télévision reliée à internet pour regarder "you tube". Nous avions aussi à disposition les séries sur "Amazon prime". Belle terrasse pour manger le soir avec une plancha. Annie, la propriétaire, fut accueillante et discrète. Nous conseillons cette maison à ceux et celles qui aiment faire du vélo, qui aiment la fête foraine (sur Vias), qui aiment la plage et les bords de mer, et enfin ceux qui aiment une maison propre, simple et chaleureuse.

Séjour formidable

Nous avons été très bien accueillis. La villa est parfaite surtout pour notre fils autiste (terrain clos, piscine et la plage pas loin). Comble de notre bonheur notre jeune chien d’assistance était ravi d’avoir une plage qui lui était autorisée. Bref une semaine de rêve, de repos et des propriétaires formidables.

Perfect holidays, perfect hosts

As already written in all other reviews, we were lucky to have the chance to stay in this holiday house as it is really a gem. All was perfect and the hosts - thank you again Annie and Didier for being such good hosts - were just lovely. In their house is all you might need, actually more than than, and all in perfect condition. In fact, the house is almost nicer than our own.... We would love to come back, it was so much fun!

Fabulous - Loved it.

We have been to many villas in the last 20 years and this is right up there with the very best - we absolutely loved our stay here. The house is clean, crisp and modern and has classy and expensive fittings everywhere, is really well equipped and has lovely comfortable beds. The lounge, kitchen and dining area is light and spacious. The garden is lovely and the pool super. It is in a quiet residential area but close enough by car to the supermarkets and beaches. The villa has a really efficient air conditioning system too which was so essential as it was very, very hot whilst we were there. Covered parking is right next to the house. A big bonus for us was that the whole area was safely fenced which enabled our two little West Highland Terriers to walk around the garden freely - loved that. Annie, the owner was very helpful and charming. We highly recommend this property.

Wonderful place for a familiy

We (family 4 persons) stood 2 weeks in this nice cottage. It is very well equipped and the rooms are nicely decorated. The pool is well kept. So, the location was perfect for us. Easy to buy daily things in Portiragnes and a short distance to the very nice beach. The renters are really kind and they respond questions quickly.

Vacance en famille dans une très belle villa.

La villa correspond en tout point à la description. Elle est très bien équipée et les extérieures sont super. L'endroit est très calme. La propriétaire est à l'écoute du bien être des locataires et même si on ne l'a pas rencontrée, elle me semble être une personne très sympathique. Nous ne manquerons pas d'y revenir. André Lennerts

perfekt entspricht unserer Vorstellung von Ferien

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Portiragne verbracht. Auch unser Hund genoss die Spaziergänge am Canal du Midi. Der sehr schöne und saubere Strand war auch nicht so weit. Das Haus war ideal eingerichtet und das was wir benötigten war auch vorhanden . Alles sauber und lieblich eingerichtet. Encore un grand merci a MMe Annie et M. Didier pour lleur gentilesse et leur aide.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette très jolie maison. Nous avons été très bien accueillie par les proprietaries, qui nous ont laissé des vélos à disposition et nous ont conseillé sur les endroits à visiter. La maison est très bien située, à 2 pas du canal du midi dans un environnement calme. Nous reviendrons sans heister.

Geräumiges, modern ausgestattetes Haus, sauber, gepflegt, ansprechend, geschmackvoll. Herrlicher, eingezäunter Garten mit schöner Bepflanzung, zwei Terrassen. Ruhige Wohngegend, zum Strand ca. 3 bis 4 km. Zahlreiche Besichtigungsziele und Wanderungen in der Umgebung. Sehr nette Vermieter. Ideale Ferien Unterkunft!

Great house, garden & location

We had a great stay! Nice house, spacious living area and though we were only 2, you can easily stay with 8, due 4 bedrooms. Garden on 2 sides, not big, but nice kept with 2 sitting/lounging areas. Owners very friendly and understanding, we initially had to cancel due unforeseen private circumstances, but were later able to reconfirm and they were very cooperative. Portiragnes is ideally located towards various beaches and places like Beziers, Agde, Marseillan, Pezenas and Languedoc wine areas. We can highly recommend.

Très bonne

La location est au calme, le cadre est agréable et la maison est très propre. La mer est à 5 mn cad à Portiragnes plage où il y a beaucoup d'activités et de restaurant. Je recommande cette location et j'aurais plaisir à y retourner. Le descriptif correspond tout à fait aux photos et nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires. Vous trouvez toutes les informations sur les sorties et lieux à visiter.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und 1 Hund) hatten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Garten, mit zwei schönen Terassen ist umzäunt, man kann also die Terassentüren auch mal offen lassen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und hat alles was man braucht. Auch die Lage etwas außerhalb der Touristenstädtchen fanden wir sehr angnehm. Man erreicht Strände und Geschäfte trotzdem schnell, jedoch herrscht mehr Ruhe, als in den Häuschen direkt am Strand. Auch die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Garten

Das Haus ist optimal ausgestattet, sehr liebevoll und gepflegt eingerichtet. Der riesengroße Garten ist eingezäunt, ideal für Hundebesitzer. Die beheizte Außendusche ist super! Magnifique! Nous avons adoré.

Nous avons passé un super agréable séjour dans la maison d'Annie et Didier. Accueillis chaleureusement par les propriétaires très sympathiques, ce qui n'est pas négligeable après une nuit de route, nous sommes immédiatement tombés sous le charme de la maison. Deux super terrasses où il fait bon vivre, des chambres agréables et un équipement parfait pour passer un super séjour. Tout le confort et de surcroît meublé avec beaucoup de goût. Bref, que du bonheur et encore du bonheur. Je recommande avec ferveur cette location, sans aucune restriction. Tout était parfait.
