Nice and convenient

The townhouse was nice. It was perfect space for our group of 8. And was close to Disney. The unit does have older carpet so make sure to pack house slippers.

This is a huge house and great for many people to sleep. There were 5 of us and we had tons of space we did not sleep in. The main area may be a little tight for more than 6 people though. There is only seating for 5 on the couch snuggly. If you are just using this as a place to crash to visit Disney it is perfect. We used the “water park” onsite. It was barely ok. Great for little kids but not as extensive as I expected from the pictures. We came to spend time in the water and were pretty disappointed. The cleanliness of the townhouse bordered on eh. The carpets are light so the dirt shows quickly I imagine. Either way we were not keen on walking around without shoes on. We had a number of roaches in the kitchen and ended up storing most of our food in the car (non-refrigerated things). There was also an incredibly bad odor that we found came from a musty and rather yukky mop. We put it outside but the odor lingered a little. I think the cleaning crew could really have done a better job. Overall it has great potential but could use a bit of TLC

Thank you for sharing your feedback on your stay. On checking the booking notes we can see there were no calls to our office to report the roaches found in the unit. This resort has on site pest control and they would have serviced the home same day. Mop has since been replaced, the cleaners use their own so they must have missed that the one from the unit needed cleaning, our apologies. Happy to hear that you enjoyed the unit and the size as well as the resort. Come back soon!
