Ideal central location

The property was ideal for our cycling and walking holiday. It is quite central in Luz, but still fairly quiet, and the garage was a bonus to keep the car and bikes in. We would definitely want to book this property again if/when we return to Luz.

The house is in a scenic location opposite the Eglise de Templiers in Luz old town. It makes an ideal base for walking or in our case cycling, with a huge garage for many bikes. It's at the foot of the Col du Tourmalet and Luz Ardiden and also close enough to tackle classic climbs of the Tour de France like the Aubisque, Hautcam and Aspin. There are bike hire shops within a few hundred metres. There are buses from Lourdes, but we managed to get a minibus taxi from the airport for five people and three bikes! Suzzette and Jean were the perfect hosts. It was lovely to meet you!
