Escape to the mountains in our Enchanted Escape Loft, 3 blocks to the lift!

Enchanted Escape Loft is a 1460 sq. ft. condo that comfortably sleeps 6 but can accommodate 8 with the pop-up new sleeper sofa in the loft. The condo is equipped with a smart lock, so there are no keys to keep up with.

The master suite and second bedroom offer views of the ski slopes, including the fireworks on New Year’s Eve. We have recently updated bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and TVs with Dish Network in every room for the times you are relaxing after enjoying the great outdoors.

The master suite includes a king bed, attached bathroom, a 40 inch TV with DVR, and plenty of closet and storage space. The attached private balcony offers gorgeous views of the sunrise and the reflecting sunset on Agua Fria Peak that gave Angel Fire its name.

The second bedroom has a queen bed with a 32 inch TV and a step-in closet with dresser. It has the same exquisite views of Agua Fria Peak.

The living room includes a new 50 inch flat screen with DVR for those restful evenings after your busy days enjoying the great outdoors. It is a smart TV, giving you easy access to popular apps such as Amazon, Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, and more (remember to delete your account before you leave). There is a gas fireplace for the cool evenings.

The rest of the main floor includes a laundry nook with full size washer/dryer and the second full bath. The kitchen includes everything necessary to prepare a hearty meal after a long day of skiing or hiking, including a crock pot. The table includes seating for six.

The loft is where our kids escape. There is a table for playing games, a 40 inch TV with DVD player, movies and a new sofa that can be converted to a bed if you need the extra space. The loft also houses the third sleeping area, which includes a full bed. While the two skylights make it light and bright during the day, we have installed skylight blinds (along with blackout curtains in the loft and both bedrooms) for those mornings when you want to sleep in.

Other amenities in this family-friendly condo include a private ski locker (with lock combination lock) in the heated entrance to the building at ground level. It is a 3 block walk to the base of the mountain or you can take the Angel Fire shuttle from the covered stop outside building A. We have humidifiers and fans in all the sleeping areas to keep you comfortable in the dry winters or when the summer days start to get warm.

Winter activities in the area include: alpine skiing, snowboarding, downhill tubing and night skiing. Nordic skiing and sledding are available at the country club. The heated indoor pool is also available there for a fee.

There is even more to do in the summer. The mountain has downhill mountain biking, zip lining and a disc golf course. There is a beautiful golf course and tennis at the country club just a mile away. You can rent paddle boats, stand up paddle boards or fish at nearby Monte Verde Lake. Hiking or horseback riding through the hills is a fun day trip. Our family favorite is white water rafting, which is about a 45 minute car ride away. We are glad to refer you to some local options so you can plan this in advance.

We purchased this condo in December 2017 and updates we have made are:

New refrigerator, microwave, crock pot and coffee maker in the kitchen.
New flatscreen TVs.
New entertainment console, couch and gaming table in the loft.
