Wonderful House!

Great property - plenty of room! Wonderful location! We rented a golf cart as well and I highly recommend that. It made getting around a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

Watercolor home

Our grown family of 8 adults stayed comfortably at this charming home near the beach. The highlights of this home include comfortable living room surrounded by porches on 3 sides, spacious bedrooms and baths with soft linens, use of separate carriage house, generous number of bikes, and stylish furnishings. Based on rental cost I would expect higher quality kitchen utensils and appliances , more dinner plates (there was 8 of various sizes) and glasses, a working ice maker , all range burners to work , user friendly TVs, shower drains to not hold water, and doors to living area to open and close easily. The concierge service was very accommodating and quick to return calls.

Property was very spacious and well maintained. Walk to the pool was about 10 mins. Walk to beach about 15 mins. Green space limited but available (2-3 min walk)for family outside games.

July 2018 Stay

Overall, we had a great vacation!! However, there were 13 of us, and we didn’t have quite enough plates, silverware, or glasses of the same size to last through one meal. Also, the cooktop only had two burners (bc two were strictly for grilling) and the cookware (pans etc) was basic & limited. We ate at the house for all meals, so this was less than ideal (but not awful). The pantry was very small for a group as large as ours (not enough space for larger items like bottled water & sodas). For a smaller group, I think 131 would be great, but if our group returns, we will consider other properties that are better equipped for larger groups. The only other “issue” is that the shower liner in the upstairs master is moldy & needs to be replaced. Our experience with maintenance requests was excellent (ice maker wasn’t working upon arrival, dryer was slow to dry - particularly towels). Requested were handled quickly & professionally! We look forward to returning to WaterColor & working with 360 again!

May 2018 Stay

We loved 131 mystic cobalt. It was the perfect house for our family. Location and house layout was A+. Decorated so well, and so comfortable. All the mattresses were very comfortable, even for members of our group with bad backs. Loved having five bikes. Easy walk to beach and all the shops and restaurants. We will rent this house again.
