Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, a third pool with zero-entry, an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and a new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: Located just steps from crystal clear water in WaterColor's Beach District, 1680 E. County Highway is a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo with wonderful accommodations. In addition to upgraded appliances and other enhancements in this unit, guests will also have access to the WaterColor Beach Club and all resort amenities, including the racquet club, nature trails, and complimentary bikes. The first floor includes an entry and laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and both guest rooms.

The first guest room features a queen bed and 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds with a private bathroom. The primary bedroom next door includes a plush king bed.

The second-floor living area encompasses a living room, kitchen, and dining room all in one. The living room opens to a covered balcony offering glimpses of emerald Gulf waters and is furnished with a pair of cozy sofas (one a sleeper) and several chairs grouped around a large flat-screen TV. Up to 6 guests can dine at the glass-topped dining table, with a place for 4 more at the adjacent breakfast bar. The kitchen's crisp white cabinets also front the stainless-steel refrigerator and dishwasher and are accented with white quartz countertops. A half bath completes this level. This unit offers the best of both worlds, being just a block from the Town Center, a short walk to Seaside, and an even closer distance to the beach! Wonderful condo with everything our family needed. Next to the Beach Club, beach and a cute coffee shop. Short walk to the town center for restaurants, bars and food trucks. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location and place for girls getaway! Location was absolutely perfect, a very short walk to Watercolor Beach Club and the beach, Watercolor shops, and a short jaunt to Seaside. I have been to Watercolor many times with family, so I loved being able to provide my friends with a perfect experience. Everything was clean and necessarily supplies were available. The only bummer was that there weren’t actually views of the Gulf from the upstairs balcony. There might be when the trees are not so full? Overall, a wonderful stay and we would absolutely stay here again!

Condo was as advertised. It was close to everything. The only thing I can complain about is people using the parking spots that were not staying at the property. During the day it was full of beach goers and workers at the pool and stores.

So Convenient!

Convenience to the beach, restaurants, shops, and WCBC pool was the best feature. The layout of the unit was good except for the back door entrance into the MBR=sand everywhere. The master bath had a sour odor which might just be something stuck in the drain traps(?). The box fan came in handy for airing it out as well as for the overall stuffiness in the bathroom. Otherwise, comfortable, well-stocked, and again, CONVENIENT!

We have to come to Watercolor and stayed in homes, not condos, for the past 9 summers. This week we came for our son’s basketball tournament in. PCB and only two of our children came so we decided a condo would be a good fit. We were very happy with the comfort and ease this unit offered. We were within walking distance to everyplace we like to go. Parking was easy because not all the units were filled. Id be concerned for summer parking issues because no spaces are reserved. The interior was clean, beds comfortable and the kitchen had a lot of storage space for pantry items, which is not always a the case in houses where we have stayed. I suggest adding a WiFi extender so it reaches downstairs better.

Great property. Well appointed and nicely decorated. Needs HD TV, major gap. Good location. Our issue was the number of pools closed, and red tide. The red tide can’t be predicted. However, Saturday with 2 of the largest pools closed, another pool was closed for a wedding. The pools were so crowded we couldn’t use them. On Friday all of the pools were way over capacity. The unit was great, the vacation a disaster.

Loved everything about! Our unit was amazing! Very clean and well decorated. Plan to stay there again for our 4th annual niece/aunt trip for the Seaside 1/2 Marathon. The stairs are kinda hard to walk up after doing the 1/2 marathon 😁 but that’s ok. One little thing that needs attention is the shower door in master bedroom. It sticks at the bottom kinda hard to open and close it.
