This ground floor unit includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and an open concept kitchen, living and dining room that overlook the sandy beaches of South Padre Island and the Gulf of Mexico! The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils - ideal for anyone looking to cook their own vacation meals indoor or outdoor on the BBQ grill!

Guests have the choice of two charming bedrooms! The first featuring a Queen size bed, as well as a Twin bed, and the second featuring two Twin beds. The property includes two guest bathrooms as well, with combination bathtub and shower, and with large and bright vanity mirrors and lights!

Beach Home Away From Home

My family and I loved staying here. The beach is literally the back yard and the central location is close to everything. We stayed here for almost a week and it felt like it was our home. I definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting South Padre Island.

A Perfect Getaway Location

We had a wonderful time here on SPI. The rental unit had everything we needed for our four night stay. The beach access was perfect for early morning strolls. The bed and pillows were comfortable leading to a good night's sleep.

Excellent

We have been returning to this house - this has been our third time :) we love the right on the beach location and the views of the beach from the house - the side facing the beach is all windows ... and there is a short access to the beach. Tbe kitchen is well equipped if you would like to cook in, showers are with great flow and air-conditioning/heat is well functioning. We love the house and will be back again !!

Patio on the Surf

The house is above average for the great location. We have been reserving the house for several years and always enjoy our time but..it is time for little TLC on the house, some furniture and mattress upgrades are needed desperately. We hope the owners will take these suggestions a look, we love this house and will be back next year!
