Come relax and enjoy the view at the Beach House Condominiums! Beach House I #302 is an elegantly decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 3rd floor condominium. Featuring an open kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, pots and pans, and plenty of counter space, the condo has everything you need to make delicious vacation meals! Enjoy meals around the large dining table or spread out across the kitchen bar for a quick snack. The living room is equipped with a flat screen tv and comfortable sofa and love seat. Step right outside to the oceanfront balcony and enjoy the ocean breeze!

The master bedroom has a King size bed with a window overlooking the beach and access to the patio. The room also features a flat screen TV and an attached master bathroom. The master bathroom entails a combination bathtub and shower, as well as a large vanity mirror. The guest bedroom features two Full beds, as well as a flat screen TV. A full guest bathroom with combination bathtub and shower is shared between the guest bedroom and common areas.
The condo also features internet, cable and an in unit washer and dryer for guest use.

Go for a refreshing swim in the community pool, or soak up the heat in the hot tub, all while looking out on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! When you're ready to put your toes in the sand, a private beach access is conveniently located within the community!

Great place to stay

My wife and I travel across the states every year. We choose a different place to visit each time. She said that of ALL the places she would go back to was SPI. To be able to have a short walk to the beach and the pool was awesome. The condo itself was great! Very clean and comfortable. I mase sure to get a room with a view to watch the sunrise. Did not disappoint! Made sure to get a condo that sat up high to enjoy the FULL view of gulf. Did not disapoint! If we ever go back, we are sure going to try and get the same condo.

Great location

The place was nicely furnished except for the couches were uncomfortable. 2pools (not heated)and a hot tub were great. Grounds were very nicely kept. Very short walk to the beach. Chairs on patio were awesome to watch sunrise. Kitchen perfectly furnished. There were no chairs or umbrellas to take to the beach, that was a bummer.

Nice condo in SPI

When we pulled up to this property, I was initially underwhelmed. However, once we checked in to our condo we were completely satisfied. The condo is very comfortable and just like the pictures. Great view and very clean. The pools at the condos are NOT heated as in the description or if they are they aren’t heated enough. They were very cold and several families noted this in our pool side chats. The hot tub was great though. Had a great time.
