Updated condo overlooking the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful, light-filled, three bedroom, two bath unit with windows to the east, south, and west. South side corner unit located on the fourth floor providing exceptional, wide views of the beach in both directions. Extra-wide living room and kitchen with enough space for your family to spread out and relax in style. Tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings, original art, and a well-equipped kitchen with full size pantry. King size bed in the master bedroom, queen size in the second bedroom, and two twins in the third bedroom with comfortable mattresses and 300 count linens. All rooms have ceiling fans adding additional comfort. TVs and DVD players in the living room and all bedrooms. Balcony deep enough to offer comfortable outdoor dining at a beautiful mesquite table with room left over to relax in folding chairs. Beach toys and chairs available for your use are kept in the storage closet on the balcony. WIFI, cable, and washer/dryer in the unit. The perfect unit/location for a stress-free, family beach vacation!

A week in the sand

Check in was a breeze! We was notified by staff of expectations and important things to know, they were attentive to anything we might need. The condo was quiet and perfect for families. There were plenty of sand toys, chairs, dishes, towels, and cookware! We didn’t lack a single thing during our stay!

Great place, had a great time

Enjoyed our stay, check in was super easy and when we had a need they were very helpful. Pool was nice and hot tub was excellent. Easy access to the beach and very quiet place to be for the holidays.

Comfortable and great location and communication

We stayed there for about a week during the Thanksgiving holiday. We wanted a kitchen so we could prep some parts of a Thanksgiving meal. Kitchen was nice and big. The rooms were nice and it had a great covered porch with a nice view of the gulf. Secured lot with two parking passes was nice too. Clean and comfortable. We hope to stay there aging in the summer. Super happy campers here!
