BEACHFRONT GETAWAY! All new tile floors. Light and airy condo literally a few steps to the warm waters of the Gulf. All you need for a weekend, a week or more! The Beach House complex is located in the heart of the Island - easy distance to groceries, restaurants, bars and all there is to do on South Padre. Free parking and Free Wifi.Very private and exclusive gated complex with wonderful amenities, pool, hot tub. The condo offers a king bed in the bedroom and an air mattress ideal for 2 small children.

IMPORTANT: You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we do not work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be look after the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a persons life, please call 911.

You may receive an email from them regarding a credit from Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals for the rental of your preferred beach equipment. Visit their website to select from a wide range of high-quality beach gear to make the most of your beach getaway.

The owners of Beach House #2202 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.

1. Parking ~ is limited to 1 vehicle. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense. Parking pass is a must you can pick it up at the manager's office in front of the main pool.

2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 4 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.

3. Wheelchair accessible is for standard door front entrance and elevator only.

4. Pets ~ We DO NOT accept pets in our property. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.

5. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.

6. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed exterior dumpster on the sides of the building. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.

7. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended. Please observe pool hours.

8. BBQ ~ No BBQ pit is included.

9. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.

Important: All our vacation properties come with a "starter kit" including several items such as hotel style soaps, shampoo, dishwashing soap, new sponge, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Once these items are gone, please visit the local supermarket to replenish your needs.

Note: The owners of this property will NOT allow Spring Break activity on the premises.

Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.

The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.

Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.

Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.

Childs highchair and/or pack and play are available by request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

"Early" check in and/or "Late" check out will be available, when possible, at a charge of $55 for each occurrence.

You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we DO NOT work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be look after the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a persons life, please call 911.

Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.

Cancellations on nightly bookings "only" are refunded totally if cancellation occurs within 30+ days prior to arrival. Credit Card fees may apply. This will NOT apply for monthly discounted bookings. We highly recommend the purchase of "your" choice of a Travel Insurance to try to recuperate cancellation penalties.

Wonderful getaway with spectacular view
The condo has gate access and parking was just outside the front door. The condo is also just steps to the elevator. There was a code for entering the condo so no worrying about a key to keep track of. The condo is an older unit, but is still very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has pretty much everything you could need. The view from the living room and bedroom were my main reason for staying here. The constant breeze makes it possible to sit on the balcony all day without getting too hot. You can watch the sunrise in the morning from the balcony or just laying in bed. We will surely be returning to this property again. The only things I would change are; have a larger microwave in the kitchen and provide upgraded seating and a table on the balcony. Also, the owners are very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hated to leave.

Perfect Thanksgiving Holiday
As a repeat client for BOVR-SPI we've become used to the best stay, service and rates on the island for the location and condo.. This stay not only met, but exceeded our previous rentals. The condo was clean, comfortable, outfitted and the view was spectacular!! Rod, Rosa and the entire crew at BOVR-SPI go beyond and above to ensure every detail is attended to. FIVE STARS for the condo and BOVR isn't enough.

I am an island person born and grew up in Puerto Rico. Marriage brought me to Dallas area but my body and soul always pulled me towards the ocean. I chose South Padre Island because the beaches and the ocean are the best of Texas.

Why they chose this property

The city of South Padre Island has many activities for all age groups. We wanted to be a part of this wonderful vacation spot where there’s deep sea and bay fishing, dolphin watch tours, and many other water activities. There are dozens of fantastic restaurants to choose from and nothing compares to the seafood of the Gulf of Mexico! Watching the amazing sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico and the Laguna Madre Bay are a special treat! There’s always something to do here, no matter what time of the year. We hope you’ll come choose to stay in our relaxing “Little piece of South Padre Island”, down in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas!
Getting around
Car is recommended but you can always take the Metro Bus which is FREE! Taxi and Uber are also a good alternative. You can always walk to all the action. We are close to everything!!
