Breathtaking Beach Views and Located directly 25 yards from the beach at South Padre Island. This non-smoking one bedroom, 1 bath condo has a fully equipped kitchen, Bathroom, and updated furniture. Fall asleep and wake up to the soothing sound of ocean waves and view an amazing sunrise right from the bedroom. The large furnished balcony is a great place to enjoy the ocean in a more private setting. The condominium complex has 2 huge pools that are heated during the winter. This is one of our five beachfront view condos we own at this complex on VrBo.com Listing #4315102, 3499048, 3559240 and 7681790. If this one is booked try our other four.

This 1 bedroom condo sleeps 2-4 people comfortably with a King size bed in the bedroom and a Full size Murphy bed in the living room. The condo is equipped with blender, coffee pot/keurig, microwave, Wi-Fi, 2 flat screen TVs, cable with 6 HBO and 4 ESPN channels, linens and bath towels. A guest laundry facility is provided on the property. This is second Floor condo with no Elevator the stairs are very easy.

Water sports, beach chairs and umbrella rentals are available at the beach.

All you need to bring with you is swimwear, food, beach towels and beach gear to have a wonderful time in the aqua blue waters of South Padre Island. THERE REALLY IS A PARADISE IN TEXAS!

Water activities include dolphin watch, boogie boarding, snorkeling and scuba, surfing and sailboat rentals. For the fisherman in the family, there is bay fishing, deep sea fishing, fishing at the jetties, pier, surf and fly fishing. Off-site bird and turtle watching and beach four-wheeling are popular island activities. Other activities include horseback riding and the Laguna Madre Nature Trail. Visit the historical Port Isabel or take a 30 minute drive to Brownsville to one of the top zoos in the country—The Gladys Porter Zoo. Across the border is Matamoros, Mexico. For golfers, there is golf on the Gulf of Mexico at the South Padre Island Golf Club in Laguna Vista.

Perfect getaway

We absolutely loved this unit. Spotless/beautifully decorated/perfectly stocked with kitchen essentials. We enjoyed both pools and of course the beach. View of beach was perfect. Close to many restaurants. We will go back to this unit again next summer!

great condo

this condo is so close to the beach that we didn't need our wagon. Good A/C in unit. Will stay again. The only thing that needs to be listed is that no paper products are provided ( paper towels and tissue .. Very minor. Rent this if you want a good condo close to the beach

Great Vacation Getaway Spot

I loved the condo! It was just a few steps from the beach. Parking was convenient, and security was constantly making their rounds. I felt safe in the environment. The building itself was beautiful and had wonderful amenities. We utilized the pool and grill. The people around us were friendly. The inside of the condo was very well decorated and felt quite homey. The owners provided detailed instructions of the where and how of the property and were available for all questions we had during the stay. We originally were going to bring our dogs, and we loved that it is dog friendly. I would give this a 12/10! We will be going back there in the future no doubt. I highly recommend!

There was no water pressure in the shower. The rooms were nice. Issue is we were charged for white towels being dirty?? The towels were never takes out of the house! Also I told them put them in hot water and bleach and they would be white. They took $50 out for new towels I think it’s a scam!!!!! They have never returned my email or text!!

Great location and access to the beach! Clayton’s is close and had fireworks on Friday and Saturday which was very cool. Turtle Inc. was very educational and is just across the road. The unit was clean and the host communicated very well in regards to any questions or needs. I only wish that the unit was bigger so it could accommodate more people. It is a great unit.

My family has been visiting SPI since 1969, and we have stayed in many different condominiums. This unit is definitely at the top of the list. The location/view is exceptional. The unit was exceptionally equipped with everything we needed and much more. It is beautifully decorated with a beach theme right down to the hardware on the cabinetry. The owners did a top notch job on every detail of this unit!

This is a stunning condo just steps from the beach. It was clean and fresh. It is updated and beautiful. The owners were very informative and kept in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. The beach is right outside the patio. You can sit and drink your coffee each morning while watching the waves roll in. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was spacious. The only thing missing was a washer and dryer. There are laundry facilities on site but it is 3.00 to wash and 3.00 to dry per load. Check in and check out was very easy. I highly recommend this condo and will be staying here again. There were fireworks at the pier Friday and Saturday nights at 9:15. It was an unexpected surprise. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Enjoyed our stay, the condo was perfect for us. When we weren't walking on the beach, we were sitting on the patio enjoying the sounds of the surf. Watching the full moon rising over the Gulf was a special treat on our anniversary.
