We want you to have a fantastic stay in any of our wonderful Vacation Homes, all featured here on VRBO, at both COCOA BEACH and here at DISNEY and Windsor Hills. We grew up in the Midwest: Columbus Ohio, and Naperville, Illinois. To be closer to our Florida properties, in 2010 we made the move down to Sunny Orlando and we live here and run all the properties from here now, it is a family business. We pride ourselves (since we live locally), on taking great care of our vacation homes, and doing the same for our guests. Important: Every one of our Vacation Homes is fully Licensed and registered as a true Vacation Rental - we are State of Florida Licensed, so you can relax and focus on just having a GREAT Vacation!
