Great house for a big family

We had a great stay with our family. Plenty of space for everyone. Loved how much kitchen storage there was, it was stocked with everything you could need. Comfortable beds, ping pong table for fun in the garage. It was a great week

As of October 2025, there is loud construction at property next door. The weather was beautiful during our stay but unable to sit outside on porch due to noise. This home could use some TLC with fresh paint and updating the linens and furniture cushions and pillows. The trashcan in the kitchen needs to be replaced with a trash can that pulls out easier or just a stand alone trash can. A faucet sprayer needs to be added to the very large kitchen sink. Rental listing description needs to state this home does not have access to Watersound Beach Club pool or Beach Club boardwalk access. This home has access to Dunesider pool and Dunesider beach boardwalk access. There is a small concession stand at Dunesider pool. The golf cart that comes with the property is older and probably needs to be replaced soon.

We had a wonderful family vacation. The home was very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. We were surprised to find that there were snack wrappers and a dirty fork in the bedside table drawers in one of the bedrooms Also, a trundle bed was shown and listed in the property listing, but it was not a trundle, just a twin bed. Just wanted you to be aware. Thank you!
