About this property

Villa TARU LA PALMYRE, 5 min from beaches, enclosed garden and patio, not overlooked.

New house rhétais style of 100 m2, very bright and with lots of charm in a wooded and quiet environment including a living room kitchen 52 m2 (wifi and TV 107 cm flat screen), a bathroom with large shower with Italian, 3 bedrooms with exterior access leading to the garden, all overlooking a patio that invites to rest. The windows (one with brick partition) allow direct access to the outdoor terraces overlooking the walled garden of 900 m2 (with lawn, landscaping and massive forest).

Our house is located in Les Mathes within 5 mins drive from the beaches of Palmyra and cycling in 20mins via the cycle paths through the forest (over 40km of cycle paths paved, mountain bike circuits and hybrid ply safely forest , Saint Palais sur Mer to La Tremblade).
It is also 20 minutes from the island of Oleron, st palaces and valleys of the sea and close to the pretty villages of Talmon and Mornac on seudre.

The environment: cinema, skate park, multipurpose basketball court and football, as well as tennis courts and children's square within 300m. 400m shops and seasonal market.
Some fun activities among others: horse riding (walk or racetrack with races in season), buggy, quad, funfair (Luna Park), Zoo palmyre are within 5 mins drive.

Le chant des oiseaux, la visite de l'écureuil et le calme des lieux en cette basse saison, tout pour un séjour très agréable. L'océan est proche. La maison est bien aménagée pour des vacances, tout correspond au descriptif, l'accueil parfait.

Très belle semaine au calme !

Une très belle villa, spacieuse, bien équipée, et fonctionnelle. Le plus, son patio intimiste, et son extérieur mi jardin mi forêt . Au calme tout en étant proche des commerces (enfin ceux ouverts en novembre). Et sans oublier le très bon contact avec les propriétaires de la réservation, jusqu’à notre départ . Un excellent séjour… que nous renouvellerons !

Leuke woning met patio en grote tuin

Wij waren met 4 volwassenen, een dreumes van 13 mnd en een witte herder. Alles zag er schoon en netjes uit. Alleen jammer dat in de keuken geen deurtjes in de kasten zaten. Onze dreumes kon zo overal bij wat geen veilig gevoel gaf. Wij hebben verder veel plezier gehad zeker met de zee dichtbij.

Ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus

Architektonisch interessantes Ferienhaus mit zweckmäßiger Ausstattung und ruhiger Lage in einem Wohngebiet. Die Fotos sind schon etwas älter, teilweise gibt es jetzt andere Einrichtungsgegenstände, auch der Garten hat sich etwas verändert. Unser Hund hat ihn geliebt, aufgrund der Einzäunung optimal für Familien mit Hund. Wir hätten uns über eine weitere Sonnenliege mit Auflage gefreut, nur eine ist auf Dauer etwas wenig. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und sympathisch, sie sprechen auch englisch.

Vielen lieben Dank für die liebe Gastfreundschaft. Im Haus war Alles was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezeunt, was sehr angenehm für unseren 4beinigen Begleiter war. Der Innenhof ist ein Traum. Maison très agréable au calme dans une impasse : bien située avec des expositions différentes permettant de profiter du soleil à tous moments, dans le patio pour le petit déjeuner, en terrasse plus tard. Intérieur très propre et bien équipé. Grand jardin clos où notre chien a pu courir à son aise. Accueil chaleureux et nombreux conseils de M. et Mme Walter. A recommander sans hésiter.

Un séjour très agréable dans cette maison où tout est fait pour que l'on se sente chez soi. Calme, décorée avec goût, bien située et équipée, elle correspond en tout point à la description donnée et nous y reviendrons afin de profiter plus longuement des alentours. Mention spéciale au patio intérieur dans lequel nous avons passé de longs moments. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires et les personnes qui nous ont accueillis. Enfin, le fait que les chiens soient admis est vraiment un plus pour nous.

Excellent séjour- le charme proche des plages

Nichée au calme, jolie maison de vacances respirant le bon gout et la sérénité. Cathy & Greg sont des hôtes très attentifs et discrets. Tout (commerces, plages...) est accessible à vélo par les pistes cyclables. Les lits sont confortables (enfin un lit de 160 !). Une maison réfléchie et pensée avec amour par et pour les propriétaires, très loin des maisons secondaires meublées de bric & broc. Nous la recommandons les yeux fermés.

Pourvu que ça dure !

Il est toujours agréable de trouver en location du neuf, c'est d'autant plus appréciable lorsque la disposition de la structure est originale et agencée avec goût, à l'image par exemple du patio ensoleillé dès le matin. En espérant que les locataires successifs préservent cette endroit.
