Maison de Zéphyr (name given to the house in relation to the god of the south wind) entirely renovated in 2016 in a sea spirit which offers calm, comfort and charm for pleasant family holidays.
300m from the city center, 900m from the sea and also 400m from the zoo.
Bike paths nearby.
Free wifi connection in the house.
The neighborhood is quiet and residential. Bright house with an area of 80m2.
Tastefully furnished, this charming house offers accommodation for 2 to 6 people and a cot.

It has a garden with terrace at the front of the property but also an interior courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue, all not overlooked.

The house consists of a kitchen open to the living space (room - living room), two steps which give access to the corridor which leads to the shower room, separate toilet, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bedroom children or teenagers with bunk bed and the 3rd bedroom is located on the 1st floor with a 140 bed.
Storage spaces are available in the bedrooms and in the hall.
Baby equipment: a baby umbrella bed, a high chair and a chair for children over 3 years old, WC booster and cutlery / glasses / plates for the little ones as well as toys / books
Household linen is not included but can be rented on request.

Fab home from home

The house is lovely with good all round facilities. The kitchen was great with high quality equipment. The area is good for cycling / walking Witt plenty of bike hire places and water sport hires. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance Beach 15 min walk but plenty of parking too Not overlooked and the private courtyard for sunbathing, eating or bbq was so enjoyable.

La Palmyre Holiday

Disappointed that the outside of the property was not swept and that outside table and 2 chairs as in photos were not available, the shower tray is quite dangerous as very slippery no handles to hold on to. Wi- Fi and internet was not working when arrived but property manager supplied with their own internet for the property for our stay. Otherwise all OK.

Maison située en proximité du centre de la Palmyre, tout en étant au calme, idéal donc. La maison est bien décorée, le salon agréable et le petit pari permet de manger dehors en étant abrité du vent en intersaison. Nous avons passé un super semaine en famille avec nos 2 enfants. 1 SDB et 1 WC sont suffisants pour 4. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Découverte de la Charente Maritime

Avons passé un excellent séjour à la Palmyre. La maison située dans une résidence calme et ombragée ( pinède), est très confortable, fonctionnelle et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. La Palmyre est une très jolie station balnéaire et sa situation géographique permet un accès facile vers de jolis coins de Charente.

Nous avons passé un super week end de l ascension. La maison est super et très bien équipée. Rien ne manque . Tout est neuf et très confortable. Les enfants ont adoré fouiller dans le petit coffre à jouets. Tout nous a plu.il faut dire que la maison est très confortable, spacieuse et décorée avec goût .elle est très bien située et dans une résidence très calme. Une maison où l on ne peut que se sentir bien et où on a envie de revenir. Rien à signaler , tout était parfait!!! Merci aux propriétaires.

Sous un temps ensoleillé, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille et découvert la Palmyre et ses environs. Belle location, très bien située. Joliment décorée, très bien entretenue, proche centre et zoo. Très fonctionnelle et photos conformes. Nous avons passé une tres bonne semaine en vacances à Pâques dans cette location. Excellent accueil par le service de conciergerie. Le temps ne nous a pas vraiment permis de profiter du bbq et du patio central qui semble si agréable.

Wie auch im letztem Jahr haben wir die zwei Wochen in Ihrem Haus genossen. Es war alles sehr sauber und wunderbar eingerichtet, so dass man auch an Regentagen den Aufenthalt genießen konnten. Die Concierge war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und für uns jeder Zeit erreichbar. Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte mal bei Ihnen.

Sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus.

Neben der hübschen Einrichtung waren viele Dinge vorhanden, die wir sonst meist kaufen mussten: Pfeffer, Salz, Zucker, Essig, Öl, Toilettenpapier, Kaffeefilter, Küchenrolle und vieles mehr. Sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man im Urlaub brauchen kann. Moderne Küche mit Waschmaschine und großem Kühlschrank, zudem war ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden, so dass die Spülmaschine auch gut genutzt werden konnte. Durch den geschützten Innenhof konnten wir auch bei windigem Wetter schön draußen sitzen und den Spätsommer genießen. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe verlief perfekt. Frau Céline Vollet hat uns viele wertvolle Informationen gegeben, wie wir die Zeit vor Ort besonders nutzen können. Wir sind rund um zufrieden und denken mit ausschließlich schönen Erinnerungen an diesen Urlaub zurück.
