About this property

Comfortable wooden house in Mathes, near the beaches, 2 terraces

The proposed rental is actually a solid wooden chalet, independent and with all the comforts: 56m2 interior space with 3 rooms: fully equipped American kitchen with dining room and living room with Freeview TV. 2 bedrooms are at your disposal: the 2 are equipped with large beds (140x200), with a wardrobe and a chest of drawers in the second. Finally, a massive mezzanine allows a loving couple (1 double bed 140x200) to settle down quietly! The whole is completed with a bathroom and separate wc.

The rental is completed by a 400m2 enclosed and flowered garden with 2 terraces, one sheltered and the other facing south: the terrace of more than 25m2 is semi-covered and therefore partially shaded. A second terrace facing south allows you to enjoy the sun, it is embellished with a wooden table for lunch quietly! Deckchairs await you to take advantage of this mild climate.


GOLF: Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the Golf de Royan! it is nearby and Les Mathes allows you to access it without ever suffering from traffic jams linked to other local activities! The return to the Chalet will allow you to quietly enjoy the calm of the Mathes ... while being close to restaurants, tourist sites or even the large sandy beaches where it is good to walk in any season!

Palmyre Zoo: One of the most beautiful zoos in France: births are frequent and the zoo is simply magnificent: maintained, flowery and spacious! Summer does not always allow you to enjoy the zoo because many tourists come to discover the different species, so for a weekend or during holidays in calm period, you will be able to take full advantage of this magnificent site!

Beaches monitored or not? The Cote Sauvage allows you to enjoy the waves of the Ocean in great calm. Conversely, the beaches of Palmyra or Ronce Les Bains are monitored and the waters are calmer there.

A little shell fishing? to do according to the season and the authorizations ... go and walk on La Palmyre or on Ronce les Bains: cockles and clams can wait for you ... for oysters, it is better to take advantage of the 'good plan' indicated in our brochures on square !

Mes jeunes ont adorés.Juste une ou deux petites retouches à faire.La lunette des toilettes apparemment ne tient pas,et attention sur la terrasse il y a des clous qui sortent, du coup il est impossible de marcher pieds nus. Sinon tout est ok.Merci encore

Nous avons passés un bon séjour aux Mathes, le chalet est bien situé au calme et proche de tout. Seul bémol la chaleur dans le chalet lors de fortes températures, un ventilo pourrait être apprécié.

Petite maison assez agréable pour un court séjour, elle a du charme... les voisins restent proches et peuvent être bruyants le soir la mezzanine n'est pas très accessible et ne représente pas une "vraie"chambre, un ventilateur est indispensable

Ce chalet est un très bel endroit pour y passer ses vacances. Il est situé près des plages tout en étant au calme. Le jardin et la terrasse sont très agréables. Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner est à disposition. Les jeux de société nous ont permis de passer de belles soirées. A recommander sans aucun doute !

Super week-end dans ce magnifique chalet très mignon, idéal pour passer un bon moment en famille ou entre amis. Les commerces et plages sont à moins de 5 min, le marché de la Palmyre et ses longues promenades au bord de la mer. Idéal pour se ressourcer. Un seul point négatif, le séjour passe beaucoup trop vite. Nous recommandons et nous reviendront !!!

Excellent rapport qualité prix - A recommander

Nous avons passé de très agréable vacances en famille mi-juillet 2014. Le chalet est situé dans un endroit très calme et très reposant proche de toutes les commodités. Un loueur de velo est au bout du chemin + mini golf pour les enfants. Une semaine sans voiture, des pistes cyclables partout : le bonheur ! Nous avons eu un temps magnifique et la région est très agréable. Le chalet est bien équipé, chaleureux et avec une âme ( ce qui change des locations proposées en général dans la région). Nous avions l'impression d'etre chez des amis... Petit bémol : la qualité de la literie (matelas 140 qui a un peu "vécu") et la douche mais nous venons de voir que celle ci-a été refaite à neuf !! Nous comptons bien y retourner l'été prochain !

Notre petit coin de paradis

Un chalet fonctionnel, confortable et spacieux, avec toutes les commodités, décoré de telle façon que l'on s'y sent tout de suite chez soi. Il est prolongé sur toute sa longueur par une grande terrasse, à-demi couverte, avec une table et des bancs en bois. (une autre terrasse avec , elle aussi, une table et des bancs en bois a été installée dans le jardin). L'intérieur reste d'une fraîcheur agréable par forte température. Idéal avec un chien et/ou des enfants car il n'est pas situé en bordure de route : un cocon en pleine nature pourtant proche de tout et nullement isolé. Bref, le genre d'endroit dans lequel vous avez le sentiment de laisser un petit morceau de votre cœur en partant.

Très bon séjour dans cette très belle location. Tout correspond exactement à la description de l'annonce. Vous êtes accueilli avec une bouteille de pineau. De plus, il est idéalement situé, au calme, et très proche de tous les sites de la région. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances, peut être que nous reviendrons une autre fois...
