T2 apartment refurbished and regularly maintained in a quiet 2-story residence directly on the wild coast.
- a separate bedroom with a 160x200 bed (recent bedding).
- a main room with sofa, flat screen LCD and TNT, sea view ...
- a fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave oven, grill, hob, extractor etc)
- a bathroom (WC, sink, shower, large closet)

The main room is equipped with an electric shutter and it overlooks a beautiful 12m² terrace (table, chairs and deckchairs) and a large south-facing garden all with ocean views!

A sandy beach is 50m away and the large Croisic beach, Valentin beach is 100m away (sailing school etc).

No road to cross!

Shops (bakery, laundromat, pizzeria, pharmacy etc.) at 400m, supermarket at 800m and TGV station at 1.2km.

Location 1 semaine Juillet / 2 adultes

Points positifs : - propriétaire présent pour entrer dans les lieux ; même eu la chance d’être transporté depuis la gare- localisation : proche du supermarché, de la plage et pas de passage de voiture. Accès Petit jardin en rdc. - équipements : bien équipée pour une petite surface (fibre, tables intérieure et extérieure, transat, garage à vélos, lit 160 même si pas de place pour circuler autour du lit)Points à améliorer :- odeur de renfermé / humidité à la prise des clés. - une colonne d’évacuation d’eau de l’appartement du-dessus passe via le studio qui est au rdc. Le bruit engendré par la descente d’eau nous a réveillé durant quelques nuits. Heureusement que cet appartement n’était pas occupé en permanence durant notre séjour.- sommier en bois qui grince - frais de ménage : Franchement, je rends toujours les locations propres (vaisselle faite, aspirateur passé, draps retirés, appartement rangé). La facture de la location comprend 50 euros pour le ménage mais le propriétaire me demande explicitement de passer la serpillière en plus du nettoyage standard que je fais par défaut. Dommage.

Logement très bien placé juste au début du sentier côtier Logement très propre et très bien aménagé, juste petite difficulté c'est le lit de 160 placé dans une trop petite chambre si bien qu'on ne peut pas passer autour, nous aurions préféré un lit de 140 mais quel'on puisse y avoir accès des 2 côtés. Mais à recommander sans problème et merci à nos h^tes pour leur aide et leur disponibilité

schöner Urlaub, super Wohnung, geniale Lage

Wir haben vom 09.09-16.09.2023 eine super tolle Woche erlebt. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen ideal. Sie ist sauber, modern eingerichtet und die Lage ist traumhaft. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und Anreise und Abreise verlief problemlos. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Super Lage nahe Wanderweg und Strand auf der Seite der wilden Küste

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und perfekt eingerichtet für zwei Personen. Von der Terrasse mit Garten blickt man auf das Meer dank der hohen Stühle. Mit Blick aufs Meer haben wir alle unsere Mahlzeiten genommen. Man kann leicht auf das Auto verzichten. Bäcker und großer Supermarkt sind ganz nah. Der schöne Valentinstrand ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Bahnhof (um Nantes zu besichtigen) und Hafen sind zu Fuß 15 bis 20 Minuten entfernt. Die Besitzer sind sehr zuvorkommend und haben uns beim Einrichten des WLAN-Zugangs geholfen.

Belle région à visiter

Séjour agréable, appartement joliment aménagé avec vue sur l’océan tout proche. Résidence très calme. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire à l’entrée ainsi qu’à la sortie. Nous la remercions encore pour sa proposition de rester deux jours de plus sans supplément. Nous conseillons cette location sans hésiter.
