El alojamiento está bien situado, y equipado, aunque necesita un poco de mantenimiento general. La cortina de uno de los dormitorios estaba caída, el desagüe del lavabo del baño estaba obstruido. Pero lo que peor estaba era la barandilla del balcón que estaba rota. Las fotos de la web no están actualizadas.

Au secours! Vétuste et sale!

Séjours en famille passé en aout 2021, l'appartement est dans un état vetuste, le ménage à l'arrivée est rudimentaire. Tout est à refaire sauf la salle de bain dont les travaux ont du être fait récemment, mais pourquoi s'être arrêté à cette pièce. Le mobilier est vieux et salle. L'immeuble est super mal isolé, on a l'impression que les personnes dans l'escalier sont dans notre appartement. Seule point positif, la communication avec l'agence qui a répondu présent face à mécontentement. Je ne recommande pas...!

Emplacement parfait

L'appartement est grand, les chambres également, la literie est conforable, ce qui était très appréciable car nous sommes restés 2 semaines. Il est globalement bien équipé, mais les équipements (batterie de cuisine notamment) ne sont pas de très bonne qualité (nous avons dû acheter des poëles car celles fournies étaient en piteux état). L'appartement est bien situé, à deux pas de la plage et du skatepark. et le premier étage est très pratique quand on a les bras chargés. Attention, si vous cherchez le calme, l'immeuble est très bruyant (près de la route et construction rsonore)... prévoir les bouchons d'ororeille!

Agréable séjour a Seignosse

Appartement spacieux, propre, qui correspond tout à fait à la description et à nos attentes ! Un gros bémol cependant, manque de chaleur, pour la saison où les températures extérieures étaient négatives .... à l intérieur il faisait à peine 18 degrés, dommage.Malgré les couvertures disponibles nous avions froid. Station totalement fermée, aucun commerces ouverts à cette époque. Voiture indispensable. Plages très proches.
