Total of three bedrooms, 3.5 baths including a pool bath. Saltwater heated pool with a jetted hot tub spa, over 1400 sq ft of screened lanai. Inside you will find a separate living room and club room both with 65" TVs an eat in kitchen with a gas cooktop and a formal dining area. Also a separate bar area with beverage fridge for entertaining. Full laundry facilities and a second full size fridge.
