This brand new pool home with lakefront views is ready to be occupied. We have over 3000 sq ft including master suite with walk-in closet and en-suite including two sink areas, make up area, separate soaking tub and shower, second bedroom with en-suite. Total of three bedrooms, 3.5 baths including a pool bath. Saltwater heated pool with a jetted hot tub spa, over 1400 sq ft of screened lanai. Inside you will find a separate living room and club room both with 65" TVs an eat in kitchen with a gas cooktop and a formal dining area. Also a separate bar area with beverage fridge for entertaining. Full laundry facilities and a second full size fridge.

Why they chose this property
We chose this property as wanted new construction in a new community and the home builder was highly recommended. We specifically went after this lot because of the exposure and the long lake view.
