Welcome to Twin Coho in Rockaway Beach! This gorgeous two story home offers four bedrooms and two baths, with room for up to ten guests! Step inside of your home away from home and prepare to get comfy! This quaint rental has beautiful bay windows and a deck to watch the sunset from during the warm summer months, or catch a fierce storm during the winter months! A picnic bench can be found on the deck, allowing you to enjoy a snack outside in the sun during those warm summer months. You’ll even have close beach access to the grass and sand right from the deck! There is plenty of space in the living room to relax and watch a movie with family at night before bed, or just hang out during the day. The kitchen is located just off of the living room and offers everything you need to cook a homemade meal or prepare the takeout for your family! There is a dining room table along with an island and chairs for sitting, or feel free to lounge on the couch while enjoying your meal. Each bedroom offers plenty of natural lighting along with a warm and inviting vibe. Feel free to make yourself at home while staying at Twin Coho! Each bedroom comes with its’ own TV, allowing you to relax in bed before falling asleep. The bedrooms offer a king size bed, a queen, another queen, and two twin beds. The bathrooms offer a jacuzzi bath and a shower, and a shower/tub combo. There is also a washer and dryer located in this rental, allowing you to pack light and wash clothes again and again as needed during your stay! Loved this property! The view was amazing! The home is older with older furnishings, but it’s super comfy and homey. Plenty of seating and the location is perfect!❤️

OK Beach House

Needs attention.. no beach chairs, no deck chairs or table, blinds are a mess and didn't work the best. The air vents are terrible and need cleaned, NO AC so it was hot hot hot no fans in the closets, the BBQ is garbage not good to use. When you pay a high price per night you should have the listed amenities available. Overall close to beach but lacked the luster in everything else.

Book this for view and location

This location and its views are the greatest reasons for our stay. This is a no thrills home with original everything but fully stocked kitchen and the bedrooms had plenty of space and accommodations, I would have loved for there to be some outdoor furniture so we could eat meals on the deck and enjoy that morning cup of coffee taking in the gorgeous views and sounds of the ocean. For this reason, I gave it only 4 stars. I would absolutely book again as it suited my family of 4 and two grandparents wonderfully.

Beachfront house

The location was spectacular, steps from the sand. There is a great deck, but no furniture on it. There are folding card table chairs you can drag out and sit on, but no table or lawn chairs. Great fire pit, but the 'grass' had some type of stickers/ weeds that really hurt if you walked barefoot . One of the dining set chairs was broken and frankly dangerous. The chairs are on rollers, and swivel and rock, very comfy. but one was broken and if you leaned back it would topple you over backwards. We pushed it up against a wall. There are 2 outdoor faucets to rinse off sand, but neither worked. The parking was generous, easy to park 3 large SUVs, could have squeezed more in. But, again the location and how close you are to the beach are fabulous.

Perfect family beach house

This is a perfect home for a quiet beach getaway! OCEAN FRONT views are AMAZING from both inside and out! The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was dog friendly and loved the railing around the deck so we could let him outside to enjoy the sunshine without being tied up. Beach access was just a few steps away to the quiet and beautiful stretch of sand that wasn't overcrowded (for this time of year anyway)! We thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful walks and playing ball with our dog Stanley. The property management was very nice to work with and communicated well. The only thing missing was outdoor deck furniture so just be sure to throw in some lawn chairs, which thankfully we did. We will defintely stay here again!!
