About this property

Villa on Côte d'Azur with Beachfront Views

Enjoy the riches of the Côte d'Azur in style and optimally. In this unique and stately Villa, right on the beach, with its beautiful park garden with spacious swimming pool, you can completely relax. From the south-facing terrace you will dream away with the view of the Mediterranean sea and the sound of the waves.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2020 and fully equipped. During the renovation, a perfect balance has been found between comfort, taste, luxury and preservation of the original appearance. The void with a height of 1 m 80 will be on the low side for a few, but when you look at the comfortable bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m) and furnishings, you are not inclined to stand for long. All the more so since you have a view of the Mediterranean from your bed.

There is a gated, secured parking for those arriving by car. Although there are of course numerous fantastic day trips to make, a car is not really necessary here as almost all facilities are within walking distance. Via the station you have quick access to Nice, Cannes and even Monaco.

Es war ein großartiger Urlaub. Zunächst hatte unser Navi die Straße nicht gefunden, aber das war kein großes Problem. Die Straße ist eine Privatstraße, die mit einem Tor gesichert ist (sehr gut). Der Code wurde uns dann schnell per Mail mitgeteilt. Auch das Grundstück selbst ist eingezäunt. Macht alles einen guten Eindruck.

Het appartement is prima, maar niet ruim. Onder andere door de verlaagde vide, maar ook door de lage plafonds in het halletje, de badkamer en de 2e slaapkamer. Er is binnen slechts een zitje voor 2 personen. Wel een uitstekend bed overigens op de vide. In het appartementencomplex zitten veel gepensioneerden die daar hun 2e huis hebben. Geen kinderen in het complex om mee te spelen. Wel op het strand dat voor de deur ligt. En dat is ook het grootste pluspunt van deze accommodatie. De ligging aan het strand is perfect. Ook twee leuke restaurants op het strand op loopafstand.
