Appartement très sympa avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Le plus de l’airco et de la télé, baffle, etc… Merci pour le matériel bébé à disposition. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner. Très chouette séjour. Jardin top! Si nous pouvons juste émettre une petite réserve concernant le matelas du lit qui pourrait être plus confortable

Appartement parfaitement équipé, propre et en parfait état. Petite résidence très agréable et calme à moins de 15 minutes de la plage. Piscine au top car non bondée. Cuisine à la Plancha tous les jours. Clim efficace et silencieuse. Rien à redire. propriétaire réactif.

Logement de qualité

Petit appartement et jardins très agréables, logement situé dans une résidence et un quartier très calmes, à 10 minutes du port Santa Lucia ( bars, restaurants, Spar, glacier...) et à 25 -30 minutes à pied du centre ville. Literie de qualité et présence de la climatisation très appréciable dans la chambre et le salon.

Appartement très joliment décoré, avec tout ce qu’il faut ( ustensiles cuisines, lave linge, lave vaisselle…)rien ne manque. La résidence est très calme et bien entretenue. Une belle piscine . Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances .

21-07 Summer Lounge

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in the apartement. It is very tastefully furnished and to a high standard with a view for details in every corner. We enjoyed every meal al fresco and loved the relaxed atmosphere of the terrace and the garden with it’s cosy lounge set and the sun loungers. The bath is brand-new and furnished with the same eye for details as the rest of the apartment. The spacious shower cubicle is high enough to not bang your head when you are 1.95 m ;-) The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need and beyond…if you fancy some oysters and need an oyster knife - it’s there. The pool is just a few meters walk away and always provided a nice refreshment, it is even large enough to swim a few strokes.

Tout simplement parfait !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Philippe. Son appartement est très propre, décoré avec goût et très bien équipé . La terrasse et le jardin sont très agréables, la résidence calme et bien entretenue. Caroline et Philippe sont des hôtes accueillants et réactifs. Bref tout était parfait et sans hésitation nous y retournerons.

Appartement au top !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l'appartement est très agréable et conforme en tout point à la description, d'une propreté irréprochable, possède tout le nécessaire qu'il s'agisse des équipements (clim, lave-linge, lave vaisselle, plancha, canapé et table de jardin ...) ou des autres fournitures (prises anti-moustiques, draps, serviettes de bain et de plage, peignoirs, papier toilette, etc ...). La résidence est très calme et propre. De petits commerces très bien fournis sont à 5/10 mn à pied. Enfin nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement malgré notre arrivée tardive. Pour terminer la région est superbe ! Ne pas manquer le massif de l'Esterel. En résumé : nous recommandons vivement !
