Large terrace with bay window - Splendid sea view.
- Two bathrooms and toilets.

- Swimming pool, tennis and pétanque ground in well-wooded joint ownership.

Villa located in a beautifully wooded development with swimming pool, caretaker, tennis and pétanque area. It has the advantage of being on the seafront, with a 180 ° view from east to west on the big blue and the red rocks of Esterel. It has 2 levels, only the first is for rent. It is made of an extended stay of a large terrace, a first bathroom and the kitchen. In this stay, you have a convertible 2 places. You access a mezzanine with bed for 2 people, and an adjoining bathroom.
In the downstairs bathroom, you have: shower, wc and washing machine, in the upper one, another wc ... In the kitchen you have oven and microwave, small fridge and dishwasher, plus electric hob, toaster, electric kettle. In the living room you have an American fridge with freezer and ice dispenser. The furniture is rustic country. On the side of the house you have a piece of garden with a dryer for linen and an outdoor shower. The subdivision is secured by 2 barriers with access code. Agay is located in a bay, 10 km from St RAphaêl, 20 from Cannes, 60 from Nice ... You have local shops in the village and a Leclerc Center at 7 km. You will also find good little restaurants there.

Ein nettes kleines Objekt. Franz. Bett 160 cm breit. Für uns etwas eng. Die 100 Meter zum Meer sind vielleicht Luftlinie. Zu Fuß doch ein Stück zu laufen. Alles in allem waren wir recht zufrieden.

Magnifique location située près du petit village d'Agay et du massif de l'Esterel

L'appartement joliment décoré dispose d'une grande terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la mer, située à une centaine de mètre, à proximité d'une charmante petite calanque où il est facile d'aller se baigner avec des enfants. Nous avons été très gentiment accueilli par Jean-Martin (une petite bouteille de rosée et un pot de tapenade nous attendaient). Nous avons profité de la belle piscine et du terrain de tennis et surtout de cette très belle région de la côte d'Azur très préservée des constructions et unique pour la beauté offerte par la pierre rouge du massif de l'Esterel. Nous reviendrions avec un très grand plaisir.

Traumhaftes Appartement

Die Wohnung und die Anlage sind traumhaft, wir haben jeden Tag dort sehr genossen. Der Empfang warausgesprochen freundlich, uns wurde sehr liebenswürdig alles gezeigt und erklärt. Wir würden sofort wieder dort hin gehen.

Great place!

Fantastic terrace with a wonderful view! The facility has a large outdoor pool, is well maintained and attractively landscaped. Agay plage as well as the multiple swimming coves offer clear turquoise water, all within a short walk from the apartment. For those who like to hike, the Esterel Massif is right near by.

Exceptionnel ! Un petit coin de Paradis

Le mot qui me vient pour décrire le bastidon de Jean est : authentique!. On s'y sent chez nous dès qu'on y entre. Situé dans une co-propriété, il est un des mieux situés pour avoir la plus belle vue sur la mer, qui est exceptionnelle !! C’est un bastidon de charme, joliment décoré dans un style purement provençal. La terrasse est très agréable, avec volets et store électriques, et une grande baie vitrée en 4 sections qu'on peut ouvrir aux 3/4 dans le grand séjour. Environnement calme avec la vue mer et sur la magnifique végétation du jardin plus bas. Cuisine et salles de bains fonctionnelles, propres et bien équipées. Situé à environ 3 km de la route qui mène au parc du massif de l'Estérel, c'est une base parfaite pour aller y randonner. Jean nous fournit un guide qui décrit très bien celles-ci. Jean nous a très bien accueilli et a été disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Nous avons passé un moment magnifique et pensons bien revenir pour aller se baigner dans les calanques situées en bas de la villa ainsi que la piscine sous les pins. Joël

très bien mais peu adapté aux personnes âgées

Le cadre est fort agréable et on était très bien reçus. Un peu déçus pour la piscine, elle est belle et grande, mais pas adapté de tout pour les personnes âgés car leschaises sont interdites, personnes ayant mal de dos ne peuvent pas rester assises sur le carrelage avec une serviette donc pas de repos agréable au bord de piscine. .. tout le reste était pas mal, à noter que la voiture est nécessaire pour les restaurants et supérettes. ..

genialer Urlaub 100% Weiterempfehlung

Ein super schönes Haus mit einem riesen Balkon und atemberaubendem Ausblick auf das Meer. Das Haus sehr sauber und alles was das Herz begehrt ist vorhanden, Spülmaschine, WLAN, Waschmaschine, 2 Bäder, Spiele, Müllbeutel, Putzmittel, Handtücher, Bettwäsche.......sehr gemütliche Einrichtung. Der große Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelmacher ist der Hammer. Super netter Vermieter, sehr behilflich bei Fragen und gibt Tipps und Anregungen. Mehrere Buchten fußläufig zu erreichen. der nächste Ort ca. 2,5 km entfernt. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt zum erkunden der Cote d`Azur . Alles in allem ein super Urlaub sehr zu empfehlen. Gerne wieder. Superbe avec vue sur mer

Appartement propre et agréable avec une superbe vue sur la mer, au calme dans une résidence avec piscine, Propriétaire très sympathique et serviable. A louer sans hésitation.
