In the district of Dramont, in a quiet position in the residential district, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach, direct access to the beach, west facing position. In the house: lift. Shop, grocery 600 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery 600 m, bus stop "Camp Long" 10 m, railway station "St Raphael" 8 km, sandy beach 50 m. Sports harbour 1 km, golf course (18 hole) 11 km. Nearby attractions: Cannes 40 km, Saint-Tropez 40 km, Nice 70 km, Gorges du Verdon 90 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Sainte-Croix 90 km. Hiking paths: Estérel 4 km, Dramont 1 km. Très bel appartement

Très bel appartement moderne, spacieux et bien équipé dans une belle résidence très calme. On a passé mon mari et moi et nos deux ados deux semaines de vacances magnifique nous avons eu L'occasion de visiter beaucoup d'endroits proche de Saint Raphaël comme Cannes, Saint Tropez, Nice et Monaco. Nous sommes très satisfaits d'avoir réservé chez interhome, un bon échange avec le service client et l'envoi des documents est rapide. Merci Interhome je recommande à cent pour cent et nous reviendrons.

Ich hätte nie geglaubt, wie wichtig Service sein kann.

Die Wohnung ist innen viel dunkler als es auf den stark aufgehellten Fotos erscheint, der Balkon ist schön, aber ab Mitte Oktober ganztägig(!) zu 100 % im Schatten. Die Lage ist OK, die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt, der Service aber eine Katastrophe. Beim Babybett fehlte die Matratze, beim Kinderbett (Couch) die Decke, die Bettwäsche in unterschiedlichen, aber im eingepackten Zustand nicht zuordenbaren Größen für unterschiedliche Betten lag auf einem Stapel in eingeschweißten unbeschrifteten Packungen und bestand nur aus Kissenbezügen und Bettlaken (ist in Frankreich so üblich, wenn Tagesdecken auf dem Bett sind - fehlte aber eben bei einem Bett), es gab genau 1,3 Klorollen für 4 Personen und auch sonst musste man fast alles mitbringen/kaufen, Spülmittel war in einem kleinen Karton versteckt (erst später gefunden). Die Wohnungsvermietung der Agentur ist bis ins letzte Detail optimiert - aber nicht für den Gast, sondern für die Vermietagentur. Für den Gast ist alles sehr umständlich, insbesondere der CheckIn (45 bis 60 min Autofahrt zur Agentur und zurück). Die Garage ist nur für absolute Profis nutzbar (ca. 2,20 breite Durchfahrt, kein Rangierbereich neben der Garage - direkt längs an einer Wand). Schon eine C-Klasse passt kaum rein - und wenn, kann man selbst als schlanker Fahrer kaum noch aussteigen. Das Problem: Man muss dort parken, es gibt keine anderen Möglichkeiten auf oder neben dem Gelände. Ich werde das nächste Mal wieder bevorzugt bei Privatvermietern mieten, denn so viel geärgert wie hier habe ich mich im Urlaub noch nie - und das, obwohl die Wohnung trotz der genannten Mängel an sich nicht wirklich schlecht ist. Wahrscheinlich war die Wohnung wegen des rudimentären Services und der vielen Umständlichkeiten so günstig.

Très belle location Il faudrait tout de même réajuster au niveau vaisselle ( il y a dû avoir de la casse lors des précédentes locations. Le technicien a dû intervenir deux fois sur clic clac, impossible de le remettre en position couchage après l avoir mis en position assise et remplacer la machine à laver le linge qui n essorait plus Malgré ces désagréments elle reste une belle très belle location.....

Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten, sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht und der große Balkon lädt zum verweilen ein. Das Auto kann in der Tiefgarage geparkt werden, allerdings ist der Stellplatz ziemlich eng.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in optimaler Lage ,es hat an nichts gefehlt. Für 3 bzw. 4 Personen finde ich die Wohnung aber eigentlich zu klein, da bräuchte es noch ein zusätzliches Zimmer,außerdem war die Couch im Wohnzimmer nicht unbedingt als Bett geeignet.Für 2 Personen jedoch insgesamt optimale und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, wenige Schritte vom schönen Strand entfernt.Man muss jedoch wissen,dass Ende September/Anfang Oktober noch einiges los ist an der Cotes d’Azur

Ideale Ferienwohnung für Badeferien am Meer

Großzügig geschnittene und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattete Wohnung mit großem zu beschattenden Balkon. Herrliche Lage in absoluter Strandnähe an traumhafter Bucht mit angrenzendem Naturschutzgebiet zum Wandern. Genügend Restaurants in Laufnähe. Gute Anbindung zu Bus und Bahn. Leider keine freien Stellplätze auf dem eigentlich gutgeschnittenen Grundstück, da in die Tiefgarage Fertiggaragen eingebaut sind und die zur Wohnung gehörende Garage als Eckgarage nicht angefahren werden kann.

De woning is behoorlijk uitgerust en we hebben geen defecten vastgesteld. Ze is noordelijk georiënteerd met een zicht op de Esterel. De garage (enige beschikbare parkeerplaats) is erg klein. De woning ligt op 5 km van het centrum van Saint Raphael.

Très bel appartement, lumineux, moderne , spacieux. La terrasse est un plus très appréciable , avec une jolie vue sur l’Esterel . La résidence est très agréable , le jardin bien entretenu, et a qq pas de la plage . Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans un joli cadre , au calme.

Super Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf Esterel Berge

Sehr gepflegte Wohnung mit guter Aufteilung und tollem Balkon. Wir haben stets den Blick auf die Esterel-Berge mit ihren roten Felsen genossen. Lage ist günstig für Ausflüge in den Naturpark Esterel, zu verschiedenen Stränden (Tiki Plage ist nur 200m weg und sehr hübsch) Bäcker und Geschäfte nur ein paar hundert Meter weg. Garage war für unser Auto mit Fahradträger zu klein, und es ist dann nicht einfach die Sachen abzustellen.

Sehr ansprechendes Feriendomizil, das in einer schönen Anlage liegt. Für Erholungssuchende ideal, wenn auch die daneben liegende Nationalstraße störend sein kann. Nähe zur kleinen Strandbucht ideal.

Appartement moderne et bien situé

L'appartement est très propre et parfaitement bien équipé. Il est moderne et lumineux et dispose d'une grande terrasse. L'accès à la plage à 30 m est, pour nous, le point fort de cet appartement. Nous gardons l'adresse et espérons revenir.
