THE COMMUNITY
As part of the My Huatulco Vacation Signature Collection, Residencias Lu Iba is located within the gated community of Villas Zaashilla. This community is part of one of the most esteemed resorts on our coast – the Camino Real Zaashila. Residencias Lu Iba offers incredible ocean views and direct access to the beach.

This unit is located on the fifth floor (penthouse) of this multi-level building, nestled into the Tangolunda hillside.

BEDROOMS & LAYOUT
The residence features two ocean view bedrooms which are divided by the common living area, for additional privacy. This residence can comfortably accommodate six adults with the option of a sofa-bed suitable for two children. This sofa can be used as a single day bed with an additional pull-out single trundle below.
The master bedroom offers panoramic views with large floor-to-ceiling windows. You can enjoy the view from the comfort of your king-sized bed. The master is outfitted with a full ensuite bathroom, complete with shower as well as a private terrace.
The second bedroom offers two comfortable queen-sized beds and boasts a full ensuite bathroom, with shower. This second bedroom also offers floor to ceiling windows as well as a private ocean view terrace. This bedroom is spacious enough to accommodate four adults comfortably. As an added convenience there is also a powder room located directly across the hall.

KITCHEN & LIVING AREA
This residence is equipped with a full modern kitchen, offering a built in stove top, stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. The kitchen, dining area and common living area share an open-concept which not only allows you to enjoy the view while cooking, but also enjoy the company of guests. Also included in this space is a breakfast bar with seating for three.

PRIVATE PLUNGE POOL
As an extension off the open-air living/dining area, enjoy the benefits of your private plunge pool.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS

• Digital contract & ID verification required to complete booking
• 30% deposit on base rental rate due at time of booking + $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
• 70% balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment required for last minute stays)
• Funds paid are non-refundable, if required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
• Though not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance.
