This 2BR, 2nd floor condo is in a convenient location to downtown Palm Springs. It has a secure entry to a very nice complex in a super quiet neighborhood with shopping nearby. Scott is a great host with consistent and detailed communication on arrival and available if needed throughout the stay. The large patio is most enjoyable overlooking a beautiful reserve with walking trails, great for lounging and eating. Inside the condo, you find modern facilities, spotless order, style, and comfort. The kitchen was amazingly stocked! There's a nice, easy walk to the pool and hot tub. The bed was very comfortable. It was a great place and we would book again.

The apt is very clean and comfortable. The view is outstanding. There was no one in the downstairs apt, so it was very quiet. The kitchen is well stocked. The pool and jacuzzi are just a few steps away. The parking spots are very close to the apt. The owner is very reliable and answers your questions in a timely fashion.

Great mountain view and convenient location

This unit has one of the best golf course and mountain views in this development. This is our second stay at this complex and it's terrific. Walking distance to supermarket and several restaurants.

Perfect location for a Palm Springs vacation

This property is one of the best rental properties we have visited. The unit has been tastefully renovated to a high level, and was extremely comfortable. The location is perfect with a view over the Prescott Preserve, and the mountains, with a great deck to enjoy breakfast as the light hits the slopes. Highly Recommended.
