Think of this property as THREE MASTER BEDROOMS. 30 day or more stays only . One of them is separate from the house as a CASITAS. Very large pool that can be heated overnight. Hot tube that is electric and can always be hot. Outdoor gas grill that does not require a tank for fuel. Two car garage in a quiet neighborhood. Indoor Gas fireplace with clicker to turn it on and off, two large sliding glass doors overlooking pool and mountains. Spectrum TV and premium chanels via ROKU devices in all rooms including stereo and Alexa in living room. When using ROKU device it is recomended that you use the Spectrum TV app. High speed Internet capable of streaming on Apple TV. The property is in the city of Indian wells very close to all major resorts. If you choose to heat pool be sure to take photo of gas meter and text to 310-710-1578, when you arrive and leave. This will help refund any money for gas and electric not used.

Fantastic House & Amazing Location

This is our 2nd year in Palm Springs for the whole month of March. We were at La Quinta in the first year and this year, chose Indian Wells. Perfect choice - close to so many restaurants, shopping and golf courses. The house is super clean, has a huge backyard with swimming pool and hot tub. Host was very responsive to all our questions and asks. Great people.

Paradise

Gorgeous property, beautiful area, wonderful host! One of the best trips we've taken, even during the pandemic checking in and out was smooth and contact-free, the house was perfectly maintained and Don was incredibly helpful and responsive at every point! Even in December the pool was warm, with a view to die for. Can't recommend highly enough!
