About the host
Hosted by Lorenzo Garay
Welcome to our vacation home! Laurie and I live in the Seattle area and enjoy spending time in this home in the Wintertime. Laurie is an avid tennis player and looks forward to playing outdoors in the Winter. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do!
Why they chose this property
Very attractive, peaceful neighborhood with little traffic. Safe for kids playing outside, or just going for a walk. Centrally located, within walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants and coffee shops. Only a 5-minute drive to El Paseo drive, The Living Desert Zoo and many other attractions. 7 miles away from Costco, Lowes, Target and many other stores.
What makes this property unique
The architectural design of the house is very stately with its gated courtyard and lighted landscaping. The house feels much larger than it is due to its spacious rooms with high ceilings and open-concept design. The detailed mid-century decor is fun and practical. The large outdoor is a haven for relaxation and fun around the pool, or the multiple gathering places. Moreover, the house is energy self-sufficient with its Tesla solar system.
