This house is amazing for a larger group with bedrooms and living spaces spread out but big enough to all be together at the same time. Walkable to everything on King St and such a pretty area with parking too! Hosts were quick to respond on any questions. Highly highly recommend!

The hosts were fabulous to meet us and show us around. The entire home is beautifully updated and very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of shopping and dining nearby. The cost is right in line with any downtown Charleston rental. We had a wonderful time celebrating our CofC graduate.

This house was the perfect spot for our family gathering of 11 people. The entertaining space was great and the kitchen had everything we need. Great location that was walking distance to everything we wanted, but far enough off King Street to be peaceful at all times of day.

What a great property. But even better the hosts! This was a complete home run for us. The location is great. We walked everywhere in historic Charleston. Inside the home, the hosts had more than we expected in terms of creature comforts, too. The historic and modern meet here!

Lovely accommodations. The two living spaces worked great with the number of guests. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. The 5 and 1/2 bathrooms was exactly what our group of 10 ladies needed. It is conveniently located. The host, Mika, was lovely and explained everything. We went for COCO and had already recommended it to all of friends.

The place was exactly as advertised and was the perfect set up for us to host a 12-person bachelor trip. The host was very helpful and responsive, and the location was great for getting around and exploring Charleston.

There were 8 of us in Charleston for a wedding and we had a great stay at this beautiful location. The house was in great order and perfect for the 8 of us. Plenty of beds/baths for all. The hosts Miki and Chuck were great. Easy and quick check in and they got back to us quickly when we had any questions. Great location made it easy to walk to many restaurants, shops and bars.

Great place, great location!

We all loved our stay! The house is roomy and comfy. We enjoyed our down time around the dining table and outside under the tree. It’s the perfect house for a group and you can’t beat the location!
