Ultra Exclusive Estate on Swan Lake
Exclusive Private Estate on 12 acres lakeside in the El Dorado Wine Country. Pristine Event location. Private Gated entry to 7700 sqft Estate. The location and estate are magical. Beautiful 1000 sq ft pool with Jacuzzi. Our Lake house has a wood burning fireplace, gas fire place, full kitchen, plenty of entertaining areas, outdoor shower and two exterior bathrooms. The recreation room is a favorite gathering place with a pool table, ping pong, air hockey, full bar and a workout room- THE INTERIOR OF THE HOUSE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR ANY EVENTS WITHOUT EXCEPTION. We do offer use of the Grounds and Pool House on a case by case basis that complies with county standards.

After 500 trips to Home Depot and bringing our first child home there with no kitchen sink, we have learned a few things.
