About this property

Family house with swimming pool CABESTANY

Far from anything near everything, 10 'from the beaches and the center of Perpignan, our village is located between sea, land and mountains allowing a multitude of sporting and cultural activities.
Our house is located in a quiet residential area. It is a short walk from the village center and all amenities.
The house can comfortably accommodate 6 people, it includes:
4 beautiful bedrooms
1 double bathroom
1 fully equipped open kitchen
1 large living room open onto the terrace (which includes the secure swimming pool)
2 independent toilets
1 garden
The rental is from Saturday 4 p.m. to the following Saturday 10 a.m.
The house must be returned as clean as at the time of entry, a cleaning service is possible for 100 €
Price: € 1,600 per week, € 3,000 for two consecutive weeks, € 4,200 for 3 consecutive weeks
 (Payment by check, or transfer possible)

Im August in Cabestany

Unser Aufenthalt in Cabestany bei Chloé und Mathieu war wunderschön. Die Gastgeber sind sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ihr Haus ist wunderschön und sehr komfortabel. Es ist alles da was man braucht (und mehr). Für die Kinder war natürlich der Pool das Highlight überhaupt, für unsere Dreijährige fanden sich viele Spielsachen. Die Lage des Hauses ist zwar nicht in Strandnähe, aber durch den phantastischen Poil war das nicht schlimm. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im Umkreis genug vorhanden. Wir haben verschiedene Ausflüge unternommen, auch nach Spanien. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Spanien

Chère Chloé et famille, nous avons passé des très bonnes vacances d` été dans votre supère jolie maison avec nos 3 enfants (12 ans, 15 ans, 17 ans) . C´est une atmosphère très agreable et inspirante dans votre maison et votre jardin, tout decorée avec beaucoup de détails! Nos enfants ont aimée la piscine et nous avons fait des tours intéressants à Perpignan et à Barcelone. Merci pour tout! Nous aimerons bien retourner! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un cadre très chaleureureux. Difficile d'en partir!

La maison est très bien conçue, lumineuse, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, spacieuse avec de belles chambres. Elle s'intègre parfaitement dans un jardin terrasse en bois bordée d'une très jolie piscine. Beaucoup de charme ! Également, un excellent contact avec les propriétaires . Elle est située dans un cadre tranquille, proche du village, et à quelques kilomètres des plages.

Grande convivialité pour de belles vacances

Belle maison décorée avec goût, une maison agréable par ses grands espaces, une terrasse accueillante pour de bons moments autour d'un verre ou de grands repas en famille ! Nos vacances ont été joyeuses dans un cadre convivial et confortable. Une maison dotée d'une exposition très ensoleillée dès le matin 10h côté piscine pour une véritable douceur au petit déjeuner. Les tennis sont à 300 m de la maison et nous avons alterné entre piscine et tennis avec les enfants pour des vacances sportives. Excellent accueil des propriétaires avec une disponibilité absolue, une gentillesse sincère.

Maison très grande, tout confort, très agréable à vivre et surtout décorée avec beaucoup de finesse et de goût !! Très fonctionnelle, lumineuse, conviviale avec la piscine comme cerise sur le gâteau !! Proche de la mer, des commerces et de Perpignan, parfait pour des vacances en famille.
