Fantastic Holiday In Southern Perpignan!

Amazing Villa in stunning surroundings, very close to lots of beauty spots and varied activities.The villa was exceptionally maintained and furnished……It almost looked brand new!The hosts were absolutely fantastic, so helpful and welcoming and their thoughtful and personal touches put the shine on a superb holiday! The villa was perfect - clean with everything we needed and it was in an excellent location to explore. We loved Collioure (evening) and Cadadqués (day trip) and the beach club Amourette Plage. Perpignan also well worth a visit both during the day and in the evening (La Famille restaurant was brilliant). The pool at the villa was perfect for our family. Beware of the mosquitoes - make sure you have repellent with you. Thank you to the hosts who were very helpful.

We chose the property for the 3 bathrooms!! And the 5 star rating was fully justified. The pictures do not flatter the property at all. It was better than the photos indicated. The home had been purpose built for rentals and it was reflected in the ease of use. The property was very private and serene. The neighborhood was quiet and made sitting outside a very pleasant experience. The pool was kept immaculately clean. Everything worked well and the area was great for exploration. On arrival there were thoughtful items such as milk and croissants in the refrigerator. All the linen was in good condition. Our landlady was helpful and attentive. We rate the experience 5 stars.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit.Alles war sehr sauber, ordentlich und gepflegt. Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz. Besonders praktisch fanden wir, dass jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad hat. Auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren bereits vorhanden, sodass man einfach ankommen und den Urlaub genießen konnte.Der große, beheizte Pool war für uns ein echtes Highlight und passte perfekt zur schönen, ruhigen Anlage.Sehr gefreut haben wir uns auch über das großzügige Willkommensgeschenk. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und angenehm.Auch die Umgebung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. In der Nähe gibt es viel zu entdecken – zum Beispiel den schönen Markt in Céret, das wunderschöne Collioure oder einen Ausflug nach Spanien, das praktisch direkt um die Ecke liegt. Insgesamt gibt es viele schöne Orte und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, sodass sich entspannte Tage vor Ort und Unternehmungen wunderbar verbinden lassen.Für uns hat einfach alles gepasst: moderne und gepflegte Ausstattung, viel Komfort, eine ruhige Lage und viele Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung.Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen.

Die Villa ist sehr zu empfehlen, die Photos entsprechen genau der Realität. Die Bäder sind alle ensuite mit eigenem WC, mit einer Schiebetür von den Schlafzimmern getrennt. Lediglich im 2-Bett-Zimmer gibt es keine Tür. Hier ist das zusätzliche WC direkt gegenüber, so dass es nicht störend war. Laurence und ihre Familie sind wundervolle Gastgeber, alles war perfekt vorbereitet. Es gab u. a. Getränke und lokale Kekse zur Begrüßung. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, es sind genügend Handtücher da, zusätzlich sogar welche für die Liegen draußen. Außerdem gab es für den Pool aufblasbares Poolzubehör sowie Badespielzeug. Die Klimaanlage ist in der Decke verbaut, dadurch kühlt sie sehr angenehm und es zieht nicht.Laurence hat uns viele Tips für Ausflüge gegeben. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die wunderschöne Baie de Paulilles, gepflegte Anlage mit WC und Café. Wenn kein Wind geht, kann man bei glasklarem Wasser toll schnorcheln. In Boulou (knapp 10 Minuten mit dem Auto) gibt es alles für den täglichen Bedarf, auch einen Bäcker, sowie einen gut sortierten Leclerc mit Tankstelle. Die Lage ist insgesamt sehr gut, viele tolle Ausflugsziele am Meer und im Hinterland sind in ca. 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Laurence ist sehr gut zu erreichen und hat auch im Vorfeld immer schnell auf Nachfragen reagiert. Wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden sie sofort wieder buchen!

Très agréable séjour dans la maison de Laurence qui est en plus d’être décorée avec soins, dispose de tout le confort (piscine, Clim, literie de qualité, salle d’eau pour chaque chambre, linge de maison et de toilette….) et est bien équipée (BBQ, LL, LV, même le nécessaire pour la pâtisserie !).Les extérieurs sont également particulièrement soignés avec plusieurs espaces aménagés autour de la piscine. L’annonce est conforme au bien et l’accueil est chaleureux et agréable!

Magnifique villa

Les Hôtes, Laurence et son mari sont très accueillants, chaleureux, sympas, et à l'écoute. Merci pour toutes vos belles attentions : les confiseries, les fruits les blles de jus, vin, bière et champ. Votre maison est au calme, fonctionnelle, très récente ainsi que son mobilier cosy. Cuisine très bien équipée et literie très confortable. Le jardin joliment arboré, piste de pétanque agréable. La piscine est très propre, l'eau est chauffée et entretenue par vos soins en toute discrétion. Airclim impec et volet à toutes les fenêtres. Place de parking et portail. Endroit et hôtes parfaits pour passer de magnifiques vacances. Nous y sommes allés 15 jours du 24 mai au 8 juin 2024. Adresse à recommander vivement. Et nous y retournerons sûrement. Pol et Christine

Très Agréable

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille. La villa est spacieuse, bien agencée et agréable pour tous, dans une résidence calme Belle vue sur les Alberes côté piscine. Jardin joliment agencé avec un terrain de pétanque qui a ravi notre petit fils. Située plus proche du Boulou (2,5 km) que du village Montesquieu des Alberes (7km). 20mn de la plage du Racou au mois d’Aout. Possibilité de belles balade le long du Tek et piste cyclable jusqu’à Argeles en partie sur route partagée. Nous a manqué une douche extérieur après piscine ou quand nous revenions de la plage Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de cette semaine et remercions encore la gentillesse et disponibilités de notre hôte

Toller Aufenthalt in Südfrankreich

Sehr schönes Haus auf einer Ebene mit super Pool. Sehr angenhem ist die zentrale Klimaanlage mit Einzelraumsteuerung. Ruhig gelegen und trotzdem schnell an den interassenten Orten. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen!

Wonderfull and clean villa in a nice village

We stayed in this house for a week and the owners of the house are really nice people. They gave us a warm welcome when we arrived and they also had done some shopping for us in the supermarket ( nice cold water, local snacks, milk, wine etc ) the house itself is in excellent condition and really clean. We really enjoyed our stay here and we can recommend everybody to stay here for a vacation. Best regards Niels and Ilona
