House of 205 m2 in a quiet dead end with private swimming pool (16m x 7m) on an enclosed plot of 2600 m2.
Capacity: 10 people.

In the heart of the Catalan Country 7 km south of Perpignan in the village of Pollestres.

In the middle of the palm trees enjoy a manicured garden (weekly visit by the gardener), a swimming pool with alarm and integrated cleaning system (visit by the pool specialist once a week), a large shaded terrace (electric blind and two offset parasols) with large table and an outdoor bar for meals and barbecue.

The kitchen with its dining area is fully equipped. A second large capacity fridge freezer is also available in the garage.

In the 35 m2 living room with fireplace, comfortable sofas will welcome you facing the garden and the swimming pool.
Flat screen, DVD player, IPod station will be at your disposal to enhance your stay.

At the foot of the dining room tower with its bar and large family table.

In the sleeping area, served by a wide corridor with numerous cupboards, discover the three bedrooms with their private bathrooms and direct access to the garden through French doors.

The first air-conditioned "Bayadères" of 16 m2 has a 160 x 200 cm bed, a chest of drawers, two bedside tables and its bathroom (shower, sink). Child's cot with bars.

The second "Volutes", also 16 m2, has a 140 x 190 cm bed, a chest of drawers, a bedside table, a closet and its large bathroom with walk-in shower.

Finally, the 20 m2 Family Room with its two 120 x 190 cm beds is ideal for two adults or four children.
Its dressing room in an enclosed hall with two large closets opens onto the main bathroom (walk-in shower, double sink, large mirror, bathtub and WC).
The bedroom is equipped with a flat screen and an additional DVD player.

Upstairs on the mezzanine tower the fourth bedroom is open to the living room.
It has two 90x190 beds and a 140x90 bed. Dresser + wardrobe.

Fantastic vacation

Veronique‘s fantastic Mediterranean villa is the best place for having a good time and relaxing with the whole Family. The Overall harmony between the house and the fantastic garden with a huge Swimmingpool is perfect and leaves nothing to be desired. It was a perfect family Holiday.

We had a great time and Veronique really took her time to give us a tour through the house. Although the weather could have been better the house made up for that. Spacious, loads of nice details and a great starting point for a lot of activities.

The property has a very large pool as well as large garden with separate areas. Great space for all generations and for kids of all ages. Lots of good days out all within 30 mins drive and a supermarket just up the road. We had a great week and Veronique sorted any issues. Thanks and we hope to come back again.

Family Holiday

We stayed here as a family group of ten, ranging in ages from 7 to 83. The garden is beautiful. A large space with plenty of seating and areas to relax and a fantastic pool. The house is well laid out with everything you need and is in a perfect location to visit the beautiful surrounding areas of places like Collioure, Lac de la Raho and Villefranche de Conflent. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a lovely week 😁

Garden of Eden near Perpignan

Veronique the owner and the property manager Herve we’re very attentive . Communication was excellent and responsiveness was first class. The location near coast , lakes, Perpignan and Collioure made touring the region east. However the star of the show was the garden and pool.

A dream holiday. ( again)

This was our second visit in villa Joveal. We were here with 4 adults and our 3 dogs and Macaw. We love this place, we enjoy the garden that is very private. The pool is super! The house is great. Fantastic villa near Perpignan

Large, spacious, airy villa with amazing outdoor space, located in a quiet area but close to good road links giving easy access to main attractions in the area. Superb outdoor barbecue. Numerous seating areas and beds for sunbathing. Great pool and facilities. Access to table-tennis and bicycles. Ample parking in drive and double garage, behind secure electric gates. Hosts Véronique and Pascal extremely helpful and friendly. We loved our stay here and we were sorry to leave. Would highly recommend, especially for families or groups of friends.

Wonderful pool and gardens let down by an incompetent housekeeper

We were a party of 11 from the U.K. Grandparents, 3 families, one two year old and 2 five month old babies The main features of this villa are the spacious fantastic grounds, including a pétanque court and table tennis The pool is huge, as big as most hotels, and was great and safe for the children Having small children we spent most of our time at the villa with great barbecues and the wonderful local wines We hired linen and towels, which seems to be the norm for France, and were initially given inadequate supplies. However, this matter was resolved and did not detract from our enjoyment. The house itself was very spacious but with only 2 bathrooms, was a little crowded at times. We also needed to buy a fan as only one room is air-conditioned and the weather was very hot. Great location and we had enjoyable day trips to the nearby lake, Angeles and Collioure

Excellent property and wonderful host!

My husband and I, along with our 10 year old son l, baby girl and the family dogs spent two unforgettable weeks at Villa Joveal. Veronique is a wonderful host, communicating with her was always a pleasure. The people caring for the property are also super nice and kind and respectful of your privacy. The house and garden are very well maintained and in reality even bigger than pictured. We instantly felt at home, thanks also to the very warm welcome by Chantal. We spent days swimming in the pool, playing table tennis and boule and simply enjoying the beautiful garden with its variety of trees and plants. We always found a cozy place in the shade for our baby girl and our son and dogs loved exploring every nuke and corner of the courtyard. The house is very well equipped with everything you need to spend your holidays, the beds were very comfy and the showers are also great! Pollestres itself is a cute, quite little town with everything you need close by (supermarket, great bakeries and pharmacy). There are many sights to see just a short drive away, like Collioure and the Cote Vermeille as well as some of France’s most beautiful villages like Castelnou and Villfranche-de-Conflent. Canet plage was our go to beach as we could take our dogs along and the lake at Villeneuve-de-la-Raho is also great for the kids to swim and for the adults to go running and exercise. A 40 minute drive away is a Reservoir Africain at Sigean, which was great fun for the kids and also Spain is just around the corner, which we hope to visit next time we’re here, because we’ll definitely be coming back!

Amazing 3 week stay in a superb villa

Superb communication with Veronique amazing gardens biggest pool ever used it every day in June. sun beds, hammocks, 5 seating areas /umbrellas and awning it can get windy. Didn’t find the spa. fully enclosed garden so safe for our dogs, showers with 3 of the bedrooms only one with toilet, other toilet available. Ok for us at it was just two of us. Kitchen has all the equipment you need Bin bags, toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, ice and a bottle of wine. seating for 10 people at 3 different tables. Fridge in garage washing machine / dryer. table tennis,bikes with accessories floodlit Boulle’s. Has an impressive library from Harry Potter to classic literature objects d’art scattered around the property. Pool has a robot, watch out it occasionally fires water, Pool man comes Wednesday, Herve met us on day one and did the tour and explained how things work. He’s also the gardener who comes Saturday, lawns mowed, patios washed. BBQ and plancha in the garden. There is a list of contact numbers for emergencies, worth taking a picture, we had an issue with the electric gate ( there is a side gate) but Herve came round within 30 mins and fixed. Signs on the toilets / sinks not to dispose of waste - the drains are slow and sometimes there’s an odour in the garage. Also a sign on the doors as some of them the latches don’t fully lock, few windows the catches don’t stay open. All minor and didn’t impact our holiday. Views of the Pyrenees on the horizon

Tout était au top. Avant notre arrivée ou en arrivant super accueil de Mr et Mme Trony. La maison est extraordinaire ainsi que le jardin. La piscine est immense. Tout pour s’amuser, table de ping-pong, terrain de boules et de nombreux jeux de société. Dans la cuisine, rien ne manque, que se soit au niveau de la vaisselle que des nombreux ustensiles ou appareils. Presque chaque chambre à sa salle de bain et ça aussi c’est un vrai luxe. La situation géographique est également top. Tous les commerces à moins de 5 mn, l’Espagne a moins de 30 mn et Perpignan à 15 mn. Vraiment rien à dire, nous avons passer un super séjour et reviendrons très certainement l’année prochaine !!!!

Rustig gelegen. Tuin groot en goed onderhouden. Zwembad ook netjes. Huis heeft dringend behoefte aan renovatie, met name schilderwerk, deuren en keuken. Sommige lades/kastdeuren kregen we vanwege verval niet open. Aanrecht plakt, is vettig. Wij waren vies van de keuken. Grote badkamer had schimmel achter kraan en bad was versleten. Prijs/kwaliteitverhouding klopt duidelijk niet. 18 pp voor beddengoed en (versleten) handdoeken vonden wij erg veel.

Der Garten ist wunderschön. Der Pool ist ein Highlight und es lassen sich wunderbar die Tage verbringen. Es gibt sogar eine Pool-Alarmanlage, falls Kinder unbeaufsichtigt baden gehen. Im Haus sind zwei Kühlschränke, sodass für ausreichend kalte Getränke gesorgt werden kann. Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner sind einwandfrei. Die Eigentümer haben merklich investiert in eine neue Klimaanlage, Terrassentüren und Sonnenschirme. Allerdings fehlt noch die Klimaanlage für das Haupthaus, welches sich stark aufheizt und die Schlafstätte im Turm nur bedingt zu empfehlen ist. Auch einige Einrichtungsgegenstände könnten erneuert werden (z.B. die Bank vor den Schlafräumen). Das Geschirr ist aus Resten bunt zusammengewürfelt und nicht selten angeschlagen. Eine Fußleiste im Bad war derart abgenutzt, dass ein Nagel gefährlich rausragte. Das sind nur Kleinigkeiten und nach unserem Eindruck sind die Vermieter sehr bemüht und werden sicherlich nach und nach erneuern. Wir haben jedenfalls einen wunderbaren Urlaub verlebt.

Séjour merveilleux au grand air

Notre séjour dans cette maison de vacances, partagé avec une famille d’amis, a été tout simplement parfait. Tout était absolument fantastique.Le jardin immense était un vrai havre de paix, idéal pour les enfants et les adultes. Le grand espace a permis de se détendre, de jouer et de profiter pleinement de la nature. Quant à la piscine, elle était splendide : spacieuse, parfaitement entretenue et source de moments de bonheur partagés.Nous tenons aussi à adresser nos plus vifs remerciements à Chantal et à son mari pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur efficacité sur place. Séjour mitigé

Nous avions réservé pour 7 adultes et 3 enfants en bas âge. Après une grosse déception sur le ménage globale de la villa à notre arrivée, Véronique la propriétaire à été à l'écoute et a fait le nécessaire/proposé des solutions. La villa est bien équipée et bien située dans une rue calme mais proche de tous commerces. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine, mais avons vécu une très mauvaise expérience lors de l'état des lieux de départ avec Chantal, la personne en charge de l'entretien de la villa. En effet, Chantal a été très froide, a tel point qu'elle n'a dit bonjour/au revoir à aucun d'entre nous. Nous avions vraiment l'impression qu'elle nous faisait "payer" le fait que nous ayons contacté Véronique pour lui expliquer les problèmes de propreté à notre arrivée. S'en est suivi un contrôle digne des meilleurs colonels de l'armée, avec plusieurs réflexions sur le fait que certaines choses n'étaient pas à leur place, notamment une spatule en métal qui sert au bbq mais que nous avions laissé dans la cuisine après l'avoir nettoyée ou bien le lit bebe dans la "mauvaise" chambre. Une spatule en bois était également abimée (non utilisée par nous durant notre séjour), celle-ci a été violemment jetée dans l'evier par Chantal qui semblait énervée de voir cela. Son attitude etait irrespectueuse envers nous et inacceptable.

Das Haus und der gesamte Komplex sind großzügig ausgestattet. Wir haben zwei Wochen hier mit 8 Personen sehr genossen und fühlten uns pudelwohl. Zwei der Zimmer haben En-Suite Bäder, was sehr praktisch ist, leider ohne Toiletten. Aber es war definitiv genug Platz für alle da. Einzige die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack etwas hart. Allen in allem eine Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Alte Villa mit riesigem Garten und großem Pool

Das Haus hat aufgrund seines Alters besonderen Charme und ist sauber. Der Pool ist richtig groß und der Garten ist ein Park mit riesigen Palmen. Die Besitzer scheinen augenscheinlich die Zimmer nach und nach zu renovieren. Die Bäder zweier Zimmer sind bereits erneuert. Es gibt viele Wandschränke mit Stauraum. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und in der Doppelgarage steht nochmals ein 2. Kühlschrank. Die Wohngegend ist ruhig und man kann gleich in der Natur spazierengehen. Allerdings war bei unserer Ankunft ein übler Geruch im Haus. Dieser wurde aber nach ausgiebigem Lüften besser. Die Einbauschränke sind alt und es muffelt etwas, aber die eingebaute Klimaanlage (ganz neu) sorgte schnell für Besserung. Wahrscheinlich war das Gebäude längere Zeit nicht bewohnt und der Abwasserkanal lief trocken, so roch es jedenfalls. Die Hausmeisterin war immer zu erreichen und sorgte umgehend für Problemlösungen. Es war rund um ein schöner Urlaub und wer gerne in alten Villen mit Charme Urlaub macht, ist hier richtig. Die Betten sind allerdings etwas kurz und für große Menschen ungeeignet. Wlfi, Fernseher mit Netflix etc. alles vorhanden. Im Garten gibt es eine Boulebahn, ein Holzkohlengrill und ein Elektrogrill sind vorhanden. Schön ist auch, dass das Wohnzimmer, Küche, Esszimmer getrennt von den Schlafräumen liegt.

Séjour en famille

La villa est idéale pour un séjour en famille. Le jardin et la piscine sont tout simplement idylliques. L emplacement permet de profiter de la mer, l arrière pays et de faire un saut en Espagne. Merci à M. Troni pour son accueil et ses précieux conseils.
