It is located by the beach with views of the sea, the Canigou, the marina and the lagoon. The architectural ensemble is very contemporary and it includes two semi-detached villas completely independent
A 500 m2 fenced plot offers a private relaxation area, with its bowling green. New and quality furniture in a construction of 2016. This house is located in an exceptional setting between the sea and the lagoon. The living room gives a 180 ° view of the sea as well as a bedroom with its balcony. The other two bedrooms overlook one of the lagoon and snow-capped Mount Canigou in the distance and the other on the sea. The 60 m2 living room has three sofas including a convertible. In the DRC, a fourth bedroom with a sofa bed and a 140 cm bed. It is completely independent with access by an external door or by the garage. The villa has a bathroom and a shower room. A gate gives direct access to the dunes and the beach. The villa is duplex (Living room downstairs and bedrooms upstairs). Access to the living room is via an internal staircase.
This villa includes a private enclosed garden.
Possibility of parking for 2 vehicles: one in the garage and the other in front.

The town center of Saint Cyprien is accessible on foot by the beach or along the Marina and its canal. In the other direction along the sea you reach the beaches of Elne with its alluvial forest. Several beaches are accessible to you on foot along the sea from the house: family and supervised, naturists and supervised, wild and very quiet even in the middle of August. Next to the Aqualand water park, the sports complex, the garden of plants, the fitness trail, gourmet or summer restaurants are present, as well as local shops. Beach bars are not far away and they are accessible on foot along the sea. The car can remain parked all week. Collioures, Canet, Argeles are the closest stations (10 to 20 minutes by car) to discover other places. Horse treks are offered, including with a sea advance on the horse ..., and many other leisure activities specific to seaside resorts. Spain half an hour away, the mountain at 1:30 am offer other distractions.
A large network of cycle paths allows you to leave the sea towards the large La Prades park or to the neighboring seaside resorts. The property is ideally placed for getting to all these different places, avoiding the generally congested exit axes. The owners can give you useful advice on how to best manage your routes and suggest places to go out if you wish.
Several weekly day and night markets allow you to discover fresh and local products (fruit, fish, sales of fresh fish every morning at the port, and crafts in the evening).
Saint Cyprien is the third largest marina in France. It is a very tourist seaside resort with the PAVILLON BLEU label offering many nautical activities (jet ski, kite surfing, windsurfing, water skiing), and equestrian and sporting activities. International golf is in the immediate vicinity of the property (2.5 km). Other fun attractions and evening entertainment are also offered. The large Capellans stadium is 10 minutes walk with tennis, squash, weight room, fitness accessible to all. Aqualand is 10 mins walk too. Many riding clubs have developed in Saint Cyprien to offer tourists other occupations than the sea: from children's outings on ponies and double ponies to excursions on the beach and in the sea on horseback.
